My running vert fluctuates between 39 and 42 inches. My standing is around 36.5" right now at last measure. I measure by measuring head height and hanging tape from a beam, then jumping to touch my head. It's pretty exact unless I'm making a mistake I haven't yet realized. I should probably film a video of it.
