  • where can i buy one of these bad boys.

  • Hot Damn!! Now thats fuzz! Yeah baby!!

  • Hi Brett,

The Muff Diver, sounds better than the BYOC large beaver Triangle clon?

    What is more versatile?

    What is more gilmour-ish?

I viewed your demos but need your especial opinion.

    Thanks!

  • Howdy. With all due respect to the BYOC - and every other Muff derivative I've tried - there is no comparison to the Dice Works Muff Diver Finale or Fuzz Epic (which features the same circuit). Perhaps only the original Cornish would be a better score. Erich is a master, no doubt. If you have the opportunity to snaffle one of his pedals, you simply should not pass it up.

    Thanks for watching! :)

  • Thanks for your answer Brett.

I have found a Muff Diver, this model only have one toggle switch.

I notice on your Fuzz Epic, two switches for "Cornish tone".

    There's a big difference?

I'm confused to choose: Muff Diver (one toggle switch) or BYOC Large Beaver (with 4 way EQ switch and scooped mids EQ).

    Help me please.

    Thanks!

  • Hmm. My advice: Go to eBay, do a search for the seller 't-booster' - this is Erich (Dice Works), send him an email and order his latest Muff Diver Finale. You won't be sorry. The single toggle will be great, but you'll get more variation from the later and more fully featured version.

  • Thanks Brett.

  • hi lazzlon

i have the new fuzz epic 2

its the best pedal i have ever had

    70 all the way

  • now how does the fuzz epic 2 differ?

well im ordering one from him, and in the meantime im debating on building a rams head byoc beaver to complement the triangle epic

  • Hi Brett, I can't find these guys anywhere on the web? Would you know if they are still making them? Sound pretty good, and versatile.

    Laz

  • Hi Laz, Dice Works have no web presence per se. The builder's name is Erich Holden and he only seems to sell or communicate via his eBay portal. Do a search for seller 't-booster' and you should be rewarded. :)

  • I have one of those due to your recommendation (and a lot of luck!). I agree that out of the nearly 20 fuzzes I have or have been through it is THE keeper.
