1. Ok the word "Hacking" is not what you think it is. Its a short word for many different ways of getting hold of another servers information.

2. Ok its not to do with Google's big server , its because the website is in your offline folder.

3. Command Prompt does not use HTML.

4. All you really did was add the websites html files to your offline folder in system32.

Sorry to be so negative but to change or make files offline on a server you really need to be a professional.

@ResistIslamToday As I know of....I don't use it but looked at site and if the Military use it I'm sure it has a form of changing IP addresses.........I'll make a video soon on how to change IP addresses......I used a proxy server.....but make sure you turn it off because they can watch you.....i.e wen u log onto facebook they can find ur e-mail and that.....I'll do video on IP addresses
