@DUCKIE775 Might I ask a few questions? What kind of head studs are you using? What kind of E Mani? What is your bore/stroke? What gearing do you have? What kind of injectors are you using? What kind of air-box you use? What lube oil you use? What heat shield do you use? What compression you running? Last, but not least, What kind of porting did you have done? Cant answer these questions? Then you do NOT have ANY kind of full built setup as all this knowledge is required to max build.

@pinoymasterg u mad bro? google it, but tl;dr its basically a second cam profile for sports mode, so you can have both economy and power, it kicks in at around 4.5k to 6k depending on engine.
@pinoymasterg It is variable valve timing. It kicks in at 4,500RPMs on your standard Honda motor and gives a power boost as well as lowers fuel consumption. Great system that Honda develpoed.
