  • top tune love it

  • Is this really Roger Sanchez? Mad!

  • @jezjonson - Yep, this is definitely Roger. I should know. I'm his younger brother. :-)

I remember being a teenager when he put this song out and dancing to it at the parties he used to do called Ego trip - where the song got it's name from.

This is one of his earliest efforts at producing.

  • Boccaccio life '90 !

  • What year was this 91-92??

  • @soulmachineNo1 1990. But it could've been floating around in an unreleased form from late 1989. I'm pretty sure people like grooverider were spinning it around that time.

  • @tnt90s Late 80s were still mostly freestyle and freestyle influenced stuff - not my favorite time in House music. The early to mid 90s was when House really became amazing.

  • I had this record way back then along with the wizard and the prince on the same label, big big tracks at the time played at CUBA in Sheffield trip out!

  • Sad Anorak Fact... the phone number was Roger's dads! Rang that back in the day to try and sort some more copies when the UK importer had run dry! Didn't get any tho.
