  • lol "bop!" he knows whats up

  • Whats a good way to practice keeping your hip with your kick.

  • @Meckley23 make sure you are pivoting your foot (on the balls of your foot). I guess to break it down, raise knee, pivot foot as you begin to swing hips and body, extend leg and kick through target. All very fast though, there shouldn't be any true separation of these steps except when practicing the fundamentals at first.

  • muay thai is ment for killing

  • lol these dudes sound like filipinos

  • I took muay thai, knee injury pulled me away..but Malaipet is the real deal and seems to be a great teacher. great vid

  • @averroesdesign buakaw = faster :D

  • @TheRick16v friend ask about buakaw in thailand.nobody talk about him.he never won at lumpini or rajadamnoen stadium.he is famous cause k1 is more popular.ask about saenchai sor kingstar or rajachak sor vorapin..u will get real muay thai fighter.why buakaw doesn't fight in thailand anymore cause he cant compete against the new generation of thai fighters.oversea pay him more and fights are easier.
