@MrShaboo22 I am a guitarist and ESP kicks Schecter to the curb. Ibanez and Gibson are both also far superior, but Ibanez's low-end models aren't anything special. All in all, though, ESP > Gibson > Ibanez > Dean > anything else one might use for metal - especially Schecter.

I am not crazy about the Blackstart amp line, but this most be the greatest tiny combo out there. The thing don´t sound small! The british and american eq is extremely smart, very nice clean sounds. I only wisht for one presence controll, to avoid the sound getting muddy with the gain. Small amps never have presence, so we have to use big heads for that... That´s why I don´t own one HT-1 : (

@MatKiller1197 Depends really, if you want a cheap TOTALLY AWESOME little amp, get the ht1, if you can, and want a bit more versatility in tone, get the ht5, its basically the same amp only louder and with more knobs

I am not crazy about the Blackstart amp line, but this most be the greatest tiny combo out there. The thing don´t sound small! The british and american eq is extremely smart, very nice clean sounds. I only wisht for one presence controll, to avoid the sound getting muddy with the gain. Small amps never have presence, so we have to use big heads for that... That´s why I don´t own one HT-1 : (

@drummerdudeperson crate made a 600 watts amp that sounds like shit. wattage has nothing to do with sound or distortion. not even with loudness. a 50 watts tube amp is going to be a hell of a lot louder than 200 watts solid state! and it's gonna sound 10 times better
