awesome!! i watched a good portion of your videos and i think there great! there was some really good acting in there too....im not sure whos who. music and editing is great. i havent seen many videos on here that have made me laugh out loud in a while! i love joes character....he reminds me of charlie chaplin.
haha, he reminds me of Chaplin now that i think of it, too. Yeah, i'm the who plays Joe's brother. I also edited and added music to it. Have u seen my other movies besides JOE sALAD? Anyways, thanks for watching i really appreciate it
crap...sorry. i just pressed spam instead of reply. sorry. yeah thats who i thought you were. no i havent watched the other ones yet, but im getting to it!
^_^ I'm looking forward to some new stuff, though, to see what you've learned since the ones you've been posting in terms of narratives and cinematography, etc.
I agree...unfortunatly, new material is going to take a while to put on here...It will be well worth the wait however. In the mean time, my sister directed a me in a movie about one night of dreams a guy has...its kinda quirky and weird, but...its something to put on while I work extensivly on my new film...But i think her work deserves to be seen.
I have an idea for a dream-short myself, mostly based around style rather than substance, but that's what short films are for, no? ^_^ Looking forward to seeing both her and your work! (Are you taking any film courses in school or something like that or is it guerilla all the way?
Thats a good question...I'm extremely interested in acting...so i'm enrolled in an acting class and i'm a theatre arts major, although i must confess that i dont like the theatre as much as film. For now its guerilla filming, but as i read more books and work on my craft i hope to turn it into something more...and i'm pursuing the dream of making an independent film...its number one on my list...That amount of control and input, plus being able to star in it, attracts me immensly.
i would like to point out the beauty of guerilla filmaking...theres something magical about being able to shoot something fast and "in the moment"...Its the most freeing feeling...you get an idea, and then you translate it to film...now, my films are not deep, obviously, but for comedy sake, this comes in handy, and ensures a memorable experience because its organic and involves everyone in the casts' ideas
just a quick question...where'd you get all the songs, soundtracks i should say to put in your video?
