  • There is one Therapy that really WORKS! You can watch all about it by searching Youtube this title (The Gerson Miracle - Cure all ailments by simply changing your diet)

  • I have had lupus for 10 years, almost died 3 times , and live with chronic problems with pain. I looked just like you. Now I'm starting to change my diet and I'm stopping my medication 1 by 1 . It a long hard road but I am getting so much better. I became a organic raw vegan, I drink a ton of green juices

  • they want to put me on chemo for my bone marrow with lupus

  • Hi sweet heart, I feel for you. I have lupus and sjogren's syndrome. I switched to eating raw and juicing fruits and vegetables and I can see the difference. I posted videos of my progress if u want to look at them. I'm in my 3rd week now.

  • I am pleased your getting better,by the puffyness of your face which is not genetic or by weight gain it looks as if youve just come off a higher dose of Prednisolone say about 25 mg now coming down to 5mg ?.

My wife has had Lupus for 30 years main cause is puberty an increase of hormons, pregnancy, and mid-life change, with your age and added stress you triggerd it off.

But please be warned many people with Lupus suffer more with side effects from drugs than the Lupus,

  • Perhaps you should watch robertmorsend channel. He will tell you how to use herbs to stimulate your kidneys to filter the lymph system. As it is a build up of cellular waste in the lymph that causes disease and illness. Also a change in diet so that the body becomes more alkaline and not acidic. All diseases can be cured using his ideas. Check it out.

  • I have lupus i was diagnose when I was 15 (i'm 21-almost 22-), at the begging the diagnose confused with artritis I didn't know it was lupus until a couple weeks ago, it took me 3 years to control the disease with corticosteroids, but i would like to know more about this alternative treatment

  • Hello. My mom suffers from lupus. She has had it since she was about 21 i think. Now she is about to be 40 now. She has alot going on. Coming back and forth to the hospital. And so much going on at home. I argue with her alot and im only 12. But i love her so much. I want to try to help her get through this all. But its hard. I hAte seeing her cry and be in pain. I dont know what to do anymore

  • @Boricua121999 It is really hard to control a disease like that, what you can do to help her is, supporting, and loving her, try not to argue with her becuase she needs a lot of love and affection from you. It's going to be a long and tedious process to overcome the disease, but right now all you can do is be by your mom's side.

  • Assalamu Alykom (peace with you) what brings me to write to you is because I was searching for a cure for Lupus as one of my friends has Lupus. Thus, I encountered your video clip and decided to write to you, so you would kindly give me your email address so I would be able to write to you personally if you don't mind please, as I do not feel comfortable writing personal matters that have to do with my friend. I am saying this as not everyone likes to be open about health issues.

  • I am so glad you are better! I am so happy for you. Have a long and wonderful life :)

  • @LightParanormal Thank you :)

  • I have had Lupus since 16 and I'm 22 now...I wish I could try natural supplements but I'm allergic to alot of them...for example: i am allergic to Iodine, which is in seafood, fish & etc & fish oil is supposed to be a good source to help with your immunity! I hope you are doing well. Stay Strong & Keep Fighting! =)

  • @modelnsinginme19 I hope there are other ways to help your immune system, do take care of yourself and thank you :)

  • Are you from Malaysia?? What type of supplements are you taking, is it usana? I have just been diagnosed a month ago and right now going through the same thing in you video. My family is taking usana but I want to change and take supplements too wen I get it under control. Please get back to me ASAP if you can. Thanks

  • I have Lupus Too :'C and my face is now like your in this pictures :'C

  • Nice story, bro.

  • how did you know you were "cured"?

  • @starsweet4 Hey :), it was through my ANF blood result and the amount of protein in my urine. The common pains of Lupus were gone. But although I'm cured i still have to take care of my health :).

  • Cover up your Lupus scars with Dermaflage- our customers cover their scars everyday and no one knows they are there. You no longer have to just live with them!

  • Try KEFIR. Take MILK KEFIR and WATER KEFIR everyday, and tell me about your improvements.

    LOVE YOU ALL.

  • USE CANNABIS

  • my mother has had lupus for more than 30 years and still alive but needs all natural help and only has about 2-3 years left to live,i am only a young child and i dont want to see my mother die when im to young to handle, plus she is against doctors and medication, :'((((((((((((

  • @gypsy43 hey sorry to hear that. Since you said she's been living with Lupus for more than 30 years, maybe there's a particular reason why she is against the doctors and medications. I have no right to say what she had done is right or wrong because I am still learning about Lupus myself. I know it must be hard for you to be in this position but if you can and I hope you can...please be strong for your mother. When I was down with Lupus, one of the 'things' I need was a supportive family.

  • just found out ..... Lupus

  • @esperanzaurueta1 Hey, I just want to share my experience with u :). The first time I was diagnosed with Lupus. I was clueless and when it keeps attacking me I felt anger, sad and depressed. It takes a while for me ( I cried many times too) to understand that it is ok to feel scare and cry over this thing BUT you must not let Lupus own you. Do something that makes you laugh and smile...anything that keep your mind off Lupus even if its just for awhile. It is hard at first but do give it a try :)

  • @farah3112 My good friend has lupus and im really scared for her. Im aware of natural ways to keep yourself healthy and build your immune system. Do you think building the immune system will benefit when this is a disease where your immune system basically attacks itself? Do you have any advice? I don't want to lose a good friend and im outraged that doctors and medicine can't even keep her stable. Please give me advice and words of encouragement

  • I am 26... Age 12 I started getting symptoms and 14 diagnosed. So many dreams died, having to pick a career I can "do", but not one i love.. However life is still worth living and I have a fiancee who loves me. Don't give up guys, adapt. Enjoy what you can do when you can do it. <3 <3 <3 <3

  • @SashaKuroi Thanks sasha for the powerful supportive words from u <3. We can do this !

  • @farah3112 Absolutely! Never give up! One step at a time! You have a lifetime ahead of you!....Very nice music Farah, very appropriate! Thank you for your inspiration! {{ }}

  • I'm 20, and was discovered to have Lupus at the age of 16.

One thing you don't tell a teenage girl that feels like a freak: that it's true.

BTW: To all of you 'heros' that aren't taking there meds: remmber, this is a war. And we were meant to win. We can't let the wolf control our lives.

  • I would like to recommend Isotonix OPC. I would not say it is a cure, but it lets you like a pain free life. It has helped a lot people with lupus, high blood pressure etc. If you like to know where to get it please email me.

  • my best friend like my sister has been tested for lupus and we dont know yet if she has it. she is only 13 and i pray she does not have it.

  • @bpotter211 im praying she does not have it either I was 16 with lupus :(

  • @boneshock1921 Hey, I dont know if I can help ur mother 100 %. But I just wanted to share my experience. It happened to me before where I cant walk and needed help from people to move around. That situation from my understanding is Arthritis. It does takes some times to recover. Do try taking Calcium food supplements or other food supplements that helps support/ reduce joints pain.

  • @boneshock1921 Hey.. am 21 and i have lupus since i was 18. the way i got better was by natural medicine. i mean it really helped. i was so sick i was in and out the hospital. i cudnt get out of bed i was always in pain n i needed help for everything it attacked my muscles so i was really week. i was able to walk but not far or by myself. what i took really worked and u need a lot of faith.. i wouldnt say this if it didnt work

  • @boneshock1921

I tried to message you on your channel but there is no way to do it there. I don't know what advantage there is trying to be incommunicable . But I wanted to say - watch videos and read about Water Cure. It can heal your mother. I gave you the way - you do the rest.

  • I healed myself from severe lupus using alternative methods. I no longer use Prednisone. I healed lupus naturally with a healthy diet, vitamins and healthy lifestyle. I believe in God. Positive attitude everyday. Don't eat sugar or junk foods! Eat only the most healthy foods. I am now well after years of suffering. Meditate. Go into nature. Be with good people. Love yourself. No stress.

  • I have lupus too and I am only 17 years old. Same things happened to me as well. You are a true fighter.

  • @DecoLoveStudios Thank you , We are all meant to be a true fighter :)

  • this is the first pics if the sores i have seen.....other than my own...it took almost 2 years to get the lupus diagnoses...because thats how long "I had the sore on my breast....im still fighting a battle...

  • You are a courageous and beautiful woman. Thank you for sharing.

  • my aunt has lupus, its so sad seen her cry =\ she has 2 kidss shes scared she wont be there for them, where did u get heal?

  • Hi Farrah! Thank you for posting this video. My sister is also suffering from Lupus and I want to help her find for a cure about this disease in any possible ways we can. Are you still taking those food supplements you mentioned everyday? e.g CQ10 , grape seed extract, DHEA-25, Omega-3 fish oil , transfer factor plus. Is prednisolone a drug prescribed by your doctor? I really wanted to help my sister so please provide me all those names of the food supplements you are taking.

  • you are a true fighter!!!! . thanks for sharing this beautiful video

  • @sarasanchezarias You are most welcome and thank you :)

  • Oh my goodness!! I am 20 yrs old and I also got diagnosed at 14. I have been through 2 different types of IV medication that has totally made me sick. The 1st one I was on for 3 yrs and it helped me get into remission but just like u after stressing so much in school it attacked again. So the doctor put me on the 2nd IV treatment which I turned out to be allergic to and had to be stopped. Right now I am getting checked but I wish you could share with me what you are doing so that I can try also

  • i have a family member with lupus he was diagnose at 16 and i see how hard it is on that person and i have i pray for a cure to be found.everyone with lupus keep fighting back and dont give up. GOD IS HUGE

  • I found out I had it when I was 14too, I had the big face at one point, if I take prednisone I seem to be okay but have developed osteoporosis. My friend is an herbologist and natural healer, have u considered cleansing and natural healing exercises like remov meats and toxin related food out of your diet

  • @Drewzyliberated Hi :), yeah at one point I had osteoporosis too. My alternative treatment doc suggested me to take high calcium food supplements and within a month I was ok. In 2005, i did removes any meats as my diet and changed as a vegetarian for 1 year including taking some natural herbs the results were amazing. but I haven't heard of natural healing exercises. Mind sharing some info ? :)

  • i have lupus, and was diagnosed only recently. its affected my kidneys pretty bad, and i've found out that lupus never does completely go away- it may go into remission, but never fully is cured.

  • @zamtacz Hey :), yeah thats what the first doctor told me when I first got diagnosed. My family looked out for other alternatives/opinions and we decided to use the natural/herbs and other treatments that are 'kind-to-the body', it does take time than the usual drugs medications exp :prednisolone but the results, for me personally were amazing. In fact some of the doctors were amaze that I had lupus before. Its been 3 years now that i am free from lupus after the second attack :). take care :)

  • @farah3112 wow well if its worked for you i should deffo try!! :D anythings possible right? what are the names of some of the stuff you used?

  • Wow, you're so beautiful :) I admire your strength and bravery, you're truly an inspiration :)

  • I'm 21 year old male and I was diagnosed with lupus nephrytis effecting the kidneys in 2004. At the beginning to get the condition in control I was put on SOLU-MEDRAL through IV for quite some time to get the condition in control. Once my reports stated my condition was stable my doctor decided a new approach for me to get off steroids and start taking PLAQUENIL 400mg everyday as well as ENALAPRIL 5mg for my kidneys. I've been taking these medications since 06 and I'm fine thank god.

  • @hamzashakir hey, thanks for sharing:) Glad you are well now, take care !

  • If you are eating gluten or dairy, I recommend that you stop. It made a huge difference for me. My symptoms are almost entirely gone.

  • @aimeelee76 thanks and I wish you well :)

  • Hey there! I have lupus too and I can totally relate. It must have been hard to learn of your disease so early in life as I wasn't diagnosed until my early 30's but it's people just like you that make me feel like i can do it and survive this awful thing. Thanks for the vid and much love and health to you! You're amazing!!

  • I need help. I am 35. I got a blister on my nose when I was 16. Lack of insurance kept me from getting it checked for many years. I always wondered why I couldn't sleep enough.I hurt all the time - all over. just plain felt bad for years. Had spells of not being able to get up out of bed for days. Just found out 1 year ago that it is Lupus . I cannot get medical treatment. I can't hold a job. I have been fighting for disability benefits with no luck. Any advice from anyone?? please help!

  • @peacemakerpitbulls My wife have lupus and its under control now. She does not take Prednisone any more, but she still had bad appetite though.

Actually, Insurance does not help you

western style treatment(especially prescription) does not help, but it make it worse. Went under alternative treatment; Ozone therapy, Toxic Cleaning, Hormone treatment are not covered by insurance at all.

Need to look at the cause, not the symptom. Causes known are hidden infection, toxicity, or hormone.

  • My ankles look like that some days too. I've had Lupus since I was 15. Hang in there, you're not alone.

  • You poor, sweet girl. I really respect you for being so strong and brave. Hang in there, ok?

  • you are so beautiful girl!!!! I am very happy for you!^^

I was like that for long time but I look normal now.. Yes, Life is short so enjoy it!!

  • what a positive attitude!! MY HEROINE

  • Also there are certain foods that could act as "poisons" for our bodies - there is a book called The Metabolic Typing Diet that helps you figure out what foods are good for your body and what to avoid. Jucing raw organic vegetables is a great booster, especially dark greens (though if you have blood-clotting syndrome you can't juice dark greens because of the high V-K content). It sounds like your flare ups are stress related, so plenty of relaxation exercises!

  • @earthlingsmusic Thanks if there's time I will search for that book. N yeah exercises...to tell you the truth I am a kind of person who do not fancy exercise although I do aware of the benefits of it can give for my body. But I do exercise during the weekend with my family :) Take care and I wish u well

  • Hi Farah, you are so beautiful and congratulations! I have lupus too and suffer from joint pain, fatigue, bad appetite and depression. I've never heard of UBI but I will look into it. May I ask you what type of colon cleansing you do? I have psyllium husk fiber but I don't take it on a regular basis (it would make sense to, as that would get rid of toxins). I know that staying away from chemicals, eating organic fruits and vegetables and relaxation exercises like yoga would help lupus.

  • @earthlingsmusic Oh, Im having the same symptoms as urs except for bad appetite, my appetite is actually really good ( thats explain y I was so 'round' that time coz of the prednisolone too). Actually Im not sure what type of colon cleansing ( in fact now im surprise theres actually types for colon cleansing...sorry for my ignorance :). I have stop doing that treatment since 2006 because the doctor said I dont have to do it anymore since I am capable of cleaning my colon on my own now :)

  • soo much respect. congradulations

  • @SouthOfHeauen Thank u :).

  • A fighter, Love so to see this video .My name is catarina , i'm from portugal and i have lupus too since last year .freehugs and congratulation for the video , for the message , four the courage you give me,

  • @serenidadeable Thanks catarina :). I hope you will be well soon, do take care of yourself and believe in yourself. No matter how u fight if u dont believe in yourself, it just wont work that way .....Take care !

  • my heart goes out to you Farah>

  • @rkhjd Thank You :).

  • I'm glad there is some sort of way to help you with your Lupus. I also have Lupus and then some. I would love to take natural things than taking something made by man. But due to other circumstances I can't take natural herbs or vitamins. But keep your head up high and find a goal in your life. That helps me when I feel a little down myself. Message me if anything. :)

  • @bbrenda17 Thank you so much for your support :). I hope you keep on fighting and do take care of urself always ok :).

  • raw vegan lifestyle worked for me.I had lupus and nepheritis....I talk about it in my channel. You have to cut out processesd foods, dairy, gluten, salts and sugars.

    be well!

    -Vlad The Raw Comedian.

  • @funnyrawfood Soooo Agree with you !!!!! Thank you =)

  • oh wow..there is a cure..there is an herb for everything....God Bless...

  • @Machelle3200 Thank You :)

  • @farah3112 You're welcome dear....those meds were making you worse actually...the meds for lupus are not good...and i'm so glad you're off that poison..........

  • aww i feel so bad for you! hope your feeling better!

  • @justaliiiiiiiiiii , Thanks, although i do have my 'down' moments sometimes, i feel much better every single day. Hope u r too , take care =).

  • You are AWESOME for taking control of your healing yourself, especially at such a young age. Keep healing and keep beating this disease!

  • @lupusgirlfindsacure Thank You :)

  • @lupusgirlfindsacure u could also try the bob beck protocol or the budwig diet or mms or ozone therapy

  • @lupusgirlfindsacure one more thing there also essiac tea and green tea

  • Has there ever been allergy medication trials done on lupus patients before?

  • I'm sorry NamekianPikkoro7 , I am not sure about that.

  • I wish you all the best. I have a mental disorder, I know it's not really related to your condition but you actually inspire me to strive each and every morning. When I'm sad or depressed, I usually have nervous breakdowns and I tend to hurt myself unconsciously. But when I actually saw your vid, it made me realize that I just need hope to never give up. Thanks a ton. Take care always. Wish you all the best. :)))))

  • Hey TheJunpyolover , thanks for all the kind words. I hope you are strong inside and out to fight your illness. Sometimes I do have my breakdowns moment , I overcome it by writing my feelings on a piece of paper or even crying..let it all out and start a new day. It's easy to say than done, but you can do it when you believe in yourself. Take triple care of yourself :).

  • I was diagnosed with SLE feb of 2009 and was crippled could walk even hold a pen, I had a one year old who was 6 months old when it started. I understand. I always hurt a little and am so tired all the time but I am thankful cause I would pray when I was flairing that God would take me. Thats how much pain I was in. Now I have gain 20 lbs and have high cholesterol. I am trying my best and will win. I am a nurse so I try to take care of myself but always worry about tomorrow it could all be over.

  • Dear mgemel,

That was EXACTLY the situation that had happened to me right after I had been diagnosed. Pls dont give up hope, your child needs you, your family does. There's something that I learned : The more you react negatively towards this illness , the more it comes after you. I know its hard, I've been there too. Please love your body and health more, consult somebody who knows alternative meds or anything that is suitable and comfortable for you. Maybe now it sounds imposibble, but pls try

  • Have allergy medications ever been used as a trail for lupus patients?

  • @mgemel could also try the bob beck protocol or the budwig diet or mms or ozone therapy als essiac tea and green tea

  • Asalamualaikum ,

awk ade gune produk HPA ke ? mcm omega 3 tu . .

saje tnye sbb adik saye pn ade gak penyakit ni .

    :(

  • Waalaikumussalam,

Sy tak gune produk HPA tetapi setahu saye produk HPA tak ade campur bahan2 chemical sgt semuenye herba dan bahan2 semula jadi kan.....

Cubelah dulu, sy bukan doktor tp kalau hasilnye baik alhamdulilah. Kalau tak mungkin, adik awak tak sesuai ubat tu.

Kalau kat teluk intan kan banyak farmasi, insyallah banyak pilihan food supplements/vitamin untuk adik awak. Tp tanye pharmacist dulu ok.

Harap adik awk nnt cepat sembuh:) Amin.

  • Thank you so much for this inspirational video. I have had lupus for over 20 years so I know what you are going through. What `alternative treatments' helped you?

  • First of all my diet i follow the Eat According to your blood type diet, food supplements such as omega-3 fish oil, grape seed , transfer factor plus, alpha lipoid acid, vitamin C , CQ10 and DHEA. There are more but its depend on your body condition too.

    Hope that'll helps :)

  • This is wonderful, you found a cure for yourself. I also believe in alternative medicine. I don't have Lupus myself, but a friend of mine was just diagnosed with it.

  • Excellent Farah! I also have Lupus with major Kidney involvement. Its important that we share the healing modalities

that make a difference in our lives. A wheat free vegan diet works for me and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to get lupus under control. Jill Harringtons book (she has posted above) oulines the Lupus recovery diet and it really can reverse lupus over time and create real healing in the body. It takes time and massive commitment to stick to it.

  • Doesn't UBI flare you up? I have lupus too. And I was advised not to go out in the sunlight because UV radiations can cause flares.

  • Thats rite, the sunlight do cause flares. But based on my understanding, UBI is a no harm treatmeat to the blood because its improve your cells and protects them. It is not in a form of light, its in the form of gas , where the nurse put the ozone gas inside the tiub and 'push' it slowly to be 'inserted' to our blood. Not just sunlight but the food u take also can cause inflamation.

  • I also had systemic lupus - but have been free of symptoms for 15 years. I wrote a book that details how I, and 12 other people got rid of it. What worked for me and others is eating a vegan, whole foods diet. This means no junk food, no processed food, no meat, no dairy - I have heard back from hundreds of people who this helped. It may not work for everyone - but for some it's been a miracle. The book's title is "The Lupus Recovery Diet". I wish you much happiness. Jill Harrington

  • Ramadan Kareem: MashAllah I am happy for you. My nephew has Lupus, can you give me any advice. Salam

  • Thanks mysalah06,

Sorry to hear about your nephew. Well your nephew can start by taking care of his diet like eat more vegetables and fruit that usual to give u extra energy and to prevent the symtom to get more worst. Try to find this book EAT RIGHT 4 YOUR TYPE, it help me alot.....insyaallah it helps ur nephew too. Try to avoid your nephew in a stressful environment for him or in other words advice your nephew: do not be stressful because it can cause inflammation. Eat extra vitamins.

  • and.great smile!

  • a good choice of treatment :) ....have you read about the importance for ph balance? ...when the body is too acidic from stress, cooked food, polluted enviornment, etc, inflammation can easily happen...lovely video

  • Yeah the food is the most essential part to avoid inflammation. I do take organic salt instead of normal ones, no carbonated drinks, eat according to blood type and stuff....

    Thanks for commenting =)

  • Asalamu allaikum farah,

what is the main treatment you had against lupus, i also want know foods couse inflamation

  • Waalaikumussalam zayd555,

Its hard to say which was my main treatment because its depends to the stagse of Lupus of u r having, Which part of the body that Lupus had attacked u, and etc. You better asked your doctor for that because in my case it attacked my kidney twice in 4 years.

To know about the foods that cause inflammation to your body, try to find a book entitled EAT RIGHT 4 YOUR BLOOD TYPE...i forgot the author...but this book have been recommended by my alternative doctor.

  • Hello Farah, u are also my inspiration in my life. I hope you will always be in healthy shape. And don't ever give up because u have a loving family no matter what happen. Take care - YOUR LOVING UNCLE
