heres a tip....try doing this stuff with plastic cards and youll get better and better then when you do it with casino paper cards like the bicycle...your flourishing will get even more awesome and better handling... :)

you get bicycle guardians at theory 11 but ive heard that wynns from t11 or ghosts from ellusionist have better handling

you do the fan by holding the card on one of the little bicycle angels and push with another thumb as you drag it around. easy with bikes or any air finished cards

The performance need more style and flare yes... Try to make it look like your working together with the cards. Not against them. Let them play in your hands. Like Daren, Huron, Kevin, Elijah etc... These guys are the best examples at this nowadays.
