Why do you compare this to WoW, WoW did not come up with the first UI for any MMO they combined ideas from previous MMOs. This game looks promising and would most likely appeal to new players who collect the Warhammer figurines, new players introduced to MMOs and WoW players which are bored, Such as me. :) Hope that answers your question. The questing is, imo, the largest change, you can complete quests without already having them, there are 3 type of quests too,1 of which is open where you can go to the location of the quest and start completing it with anyone else there. plus you gain exp from pvp :D
a comparison to WoW is only half fair. of course Mythic are going to try to replicate the success of WoW, but most of the gaming formulas used to make WoW already existed beforehand in other MMOs.
WAR looks promising because it takes into consideration the bits of other MMOs that didn't work, and changes them.
the crafting professions actually make sense, you get xp from PvP, you can complete quests even before you sign up for them, the classes are more varied, the list goes on.

clearly this game is going to be great. I have personally played wow for a while and i am looking forward to this game. And it would be stupid for them to roll out all the abilities of all the classes so early.
i am sure it is going to be pay to play but that is for the greater good. Paying to play means they can keep the game quality high by keeping the programmers busy on keeping the game running smoothly and they can deliver new content.

The Marauder will have different abilities to be able to spawn Chaos mutations to fight with. Abviously as your lvl goes up so do your abilities including the damage from your mutation.
