I'm planning on upgrading my Asus X52F-EX469V Laptop (£329 from ebuyer.co.uk - wow!)(4Gb Intel Pentium P6100 2GHz) with a Vertex 2, but it's all new to me - any tips, or links you'd recommend??? I'm assuming it's exactly the same as simply installing a new hard drive; am I right???

20 seconds if you exclude POST. I do not exclude the POST because it is part of the computer boot and I have optimised POST as much as I can.
