  • VERY STRONG, good work...

  • you dont need giant ugly muscles for being fucking strong

    thats nice

  • dude you are awesome, wonder how long you have been doing this for and how old you are ?

  • @wahidullahbhat Thank you, Training for 17 years now. 32 years old. Check my new video "Beyond Natural Training" for more action ;)

  • I dont know if you take Creatin, but if you take it you would be 15% stronger :). If it realy works, before creatin 60 KG now 90! : - ) But really nice for natural! Respect !

  • Belle vidéo :) Belles perfs. Tu es a combien de poids de corps ?

  • @thedustbrothers Dans la vidéo, 90kg. Actuellement autour de 95.

  • because of this video I want to start powerlifting

  • @lagerstroemia but donr forget: powerlifting doesnt give you big muscles at all, only strengh. so to get heavyer you need to train muscle growth too

  • You're bench shirt is way too big

  • @OCJeffrey Yes, he knows but the size below is way too small

  • congrats very strong! i really appreciate that youre trying to do this natural too

  • Should I try and increase the number of reps I can do at 100kgs(10 reps) or train heavier towards my max (135kgs). So hard to know what to do!!!

  • @hyde9911 If you are stuck you 'd better alternate heavy and light days.

  • Clever stuff. I'm 90kg and I'm stuck at 135kgs for my bench. How can I improve it?

  • @hyde9911 I don't know, it depends on many things. You could try to alternate heavy and light days, try to work close grip, with bands, with chains, partial bench, etc. Also you can read "westside barbell" website.

  • Great work!

  • really great, but i thought u would no not to make your elbows flair out, great lift

  • nice video, and very strong. Since you like natural lifting (good), do you also prefer raw lifting, or do you like lifting with equipment?

  • it's not me but a friend of mine. He prefers raw lifting but equipment is useful to keep you away from injuries (shoulders especially).

  • great form very strong good work
