Let's see...Buffy has been a vampire, possessed, and switched bodies with Faith - she's been evil. Spike and Angel, duh. Willow - end of season 6, and a vamp. Dawn was a super moody and possessed at one point. Xander - possessed, and a vampire. Even though they weren't included, Oz was a werewolf and Giles was that Fyarl Demon at one point....haha. Everyone has been evil.
