today in my theater class a friend of mine brought one of these to school and our teacher thought it was so cool that we walked around the school sticking it to things the whole hr. including the airducts above the theater! we got the best sound for the drinking fountains!

I have the white one. Got it at bed bath and beyond. I love how you can stick it to anything but I don't like how the amp is mono and they attach only the left audio channel so if you have a song with wide stereo separation you will only hear the left side. Other than that I am trying it on different surfaces to compare the sound quality. Love the BG music with the windows XP sounds. can I get an MP3 of that?

@coondogtheman1234 Yeah I thought it just sampled both left and right into mono, but it's still fun and effective none the less. If you're looking for the mp3 try your google-fu for something like 'DJ Titon - Error Song .mp3' or .torrent even.

I actually noticed that when I had it plugged into my laptop and it wasnt working half the time but it was due to my laptop's volume knob is a little screwy and sometimes the left channel doesnt want to work so this was taking only the left channel. so I opened up the unit and it turns out there were only 2 wires going to the board and not 3. so the audio cable they used only uses the left channel. I will play my stereo Left, right voice test track on this.

@coondogtheman1234 I think if you go in your iPod (touch) sound option, you can set it to mono, so the same sound comes out of the two chanels...

I have an ancient 30 Gb iPod video, yeah I'm old skool. I'm gonna get a touch soon, don't know when. I want one with lots of space. and I'm gonna probably join the 2 channels together with a new cord or something. I like tinkering with stuff.

@ladev1988 Only really if you stick it to dirty surfaces. The sticky pad is cleanable, and you also get a few replacement pads as well.

@DjMathiasHenriksen Really depends on what you attach it to. A big cardboard box generates a fair bit of bass. But it's not a purpose built sub-woofer ;-)

@nycmode Well the sound is good and it would work inside a school bus. BUT, probably wouldn't fill the bus with sound if the bus was full with noisy students. Go figure :-P
