@SupRec it's 2.4Ghz...there are so many diff. combinations, there will be no disfunction i think...so if you got 2.4ghz its no matter for turning on the battery first ;-)
It you're runnning 27-45mhz thats true (specially 27) but if you're running 2,4ghz most times it's recomended that you start reciever than transmitter, since you don't have to worry about interferance. And you can clearly see in the video that he is running computer radio. But if you don't have a computer radio, do as mentioned before, please turn on transmitter than reciever
Don´t move the heli after ju plug in the LiPo. 'NEVER. The gyro need to setup and
callibrate. He in the video do not know what he doing. So don´t do like he do. He do all things wrong. Tx first then Rx. ALLWAYS.

Hello, you should always switch on your transmitter before connecting the battery on the heli
Doing otherwise is hazardous as the heli may pick up noise and start flying on its own

Additionally I would propose to check the servos incl. the tail servo while the helicopter is still down and the engine is not yet running.
