Thank you so much for making this VERY informational and easy to learn!!! It looks easier when you show it to us, versus learning on the instructions!!!
Great videos! I have a couple of questions, ! What brand of loom do you recommend for hat bands? 2( How long should I make the beaded part for a hat band? I'm a total noob so any help is appreciated, Thank you!
I've been trying to learn how to do some bead work and all your videos are very helpful. But I need a little more advice. When I get my columns of beads strung up next to each other they are never straight and completely next to each other. There's always gaps between some of the beads. My guess is because the beads are different sizes. Some are smaller and rounded other are bigger and more rectangular. Is there any where I can buy more uniform sized beads? Please help me
@kufan302 In my videos i use japanese seed beads size 11s. They are more uniform. If you use say delicas which are more rectangular, next to non-delicas you will not have uniform beadwork. So in order to have a nice uniform piece use the same brand and size of beads. I do use different beads at times but i use them sparingly becasue too many will deform the edges of the loomwork. Tip, when you use them dont pull the thread tight or it really will bunch up the edges. I hope this helps.
Thanks for this video. I helped me so much. I just finished a butterfly braclet. with went so fast. I had no trouble with the bead. With the way you do it. Now I can truly keep on beading. Again thanks.
This will make my beading go a lot faster. Now I know that I don't have to go up and down, in and out between all of the beads; I can just put them straight between the strings and then put the string through. That will make it faster and make it look better!
Excellent instructions! Good camera angle, clear description and right speed for beginner to grasp the principle. Thanks so much for taking the time to put this together.
