MGE 3.8 water shader tweak (Sewer Waves)

This is a REALLY good idea.

But whenever I looked at water with it enabled, my fps dropped to apallingly low levels, regardless of where I was.

i am just loving MGE! i love making landmasses and MGE has just made building land a LOT more fun and interesting, i quit my old landmass i was making and started from scratch after downloading MGE because i wanted to make something more epic looking in the distance :D

@kaakatin MGE makes morrowind laggy but its sooo worth it
