I got lucky on this mission. Just after killing the first 2 targets I got confused and couldn't find the 3rd guy. By the time I found him,police were already in the building trying to kill me. I killed him and jumped off the 3rd floor,miraculously survived,jacked a police car and drove away :D

@RealSpoofProductions you unlock them after doing the 'Truck Hustle' Mission. an item will come up on ur minimap.

This was hard for me because when I nearly got to the top floor the cops came and I had 3 stars and it was murder.

The third guy is in the last floor. You can kill him easily with sniper. You have to jump to the stairs near the entrance (the emergency stairs in the building next) If you can't reach take the truch or the car and use it to jump and climb. Go up to the building and try to search up to the last floor of the other building. There you'll see the red dot and the third guy remaining. Kill some thugs and then the last guy with a sniper or a dead shot.

This a hard but simple mission. After a few tries i used some strategy. You just have to kill three men, the other thugs are just scumbags. You can use here a sniper. The first man is just in front of the entrance talking to other guy. Just kill him with one sniper shot. Then you go inside the place just near the red car and the truck. Kill the thugs there, and the second blip will appear in one window shooting in the second or third floor. Just sniper him too.

On the 4th try I got it LOL Stupid cops wouldn't leave my azz alone!!!! The cops were shooting behind me while the bad guys are shooting in front of me! WTF I can't believe i did it,.... ridiculous

I think I got it - under first floor there is a "third" guy . And anyway like in this example after killing police will just leave you alone.
