  • I watched this for my ESE class and it was quite helpful. Its basic but a good introduction for ESE learners.

  • A very good basic introduction! Of course gen ed teachers will need to collaborate with ESE teachers, parents, and therapists to best meet the needs of the child. Teachers should really look deeper into visual schedules, choice boards, and augmentative and alternative communication as good starting places.

  • This would have worked better with more detail. Why does visual work better etc. The information presented may represent an earlier understanding of autism not appropriate to current research. Also, the voice of the narrator is somewhat grating.

  • Excellent points. ery helpful for my teaching career.
