  • that's why so many black women are single, unmarried or porno white man's wh0res.

  • funny how one who should not even be looking at that crap anyway! talks about what that sanbo likes and don't like !!!?

  • Did you have a previous YouTube channel with a different name I swear I've heard your voice in a video

  • Lil Wayne is fugly...if he were'nt a multimillionaire and famous, would anybody care?

  • lil' wayne shouldn't have put his preference in a song if he didn't want feed back on it

he brought up black women in a song, black women are going to respond to it

if you take race out of it

if you mention some ones name in a public song

do you really think that person is going to just ignore it

i don't black women will ever just accept a black man liking white skin above dark skin

i believe this mainly due to BM always claiming to be the biggest victims of white Supremacy themselves

  • @tony666ism And you think, there's much different b/w you and little brains wayne? I don't think so. I firmly believe, you and lil wayne suffer from the same incurable disease, named IGNORANCE. Both of you form your opinions based on ignorance and in your case, hate. If you ask me, I think you and lil wayne would make for great couple.

  • @tony666ism You said> i don't black women will ever just accept a black man liking white skin above dark skin. i believe this mainly due to BM always claiming to be the biggest victims of white Supremacy themselves <

Can you please, expand further on your above (barely literate, I might add) comments? As it sounded like a bit of generalisation from you again.

  • It is ok to have a right to your preference but people are not locked into their preferences and purposely choosing something in a person and treating others rudely who don't have a certain trait is very wrong.

  • Elle MAKE MORE VIDEOS PLEASE

  • Lil Wayne is a brain dead moron, but even he's entitled to a preference. If in doubt of how BM feel about darkskin BW, you only need go as far back as the 90's, when most of the groups/rappers had both dark/light skin women in their videos i'e D'Angelo's 'Brown Sugar' and Brian McKnights 'Don't waste my time', contain mainly darksin women. BW. Why is it BW never notice these handsome BM, or the women they pay attention to? Also D'Angelo's baby mother is Angie Stone, she's well maroon.

  • It is easy to say don't be mad about it. But let's be honest; things that Lil Wayne say are going to bother you. Even if you don't get mad you are going to speak about it. You're going to say something. You're not going to sit back and act like it doesn't bother you. That is the kind of vibe I am getting from the video. It is disrespectful and he needs to show more respect than that.

  • @gmcmim1

The reason you should careful how you react to stuff like that is because Wayne puts stuff like that in his music for attention. As long as he can get what he wants when he does that, he will keep doing it. And also like I said, you can't control what he does so you need to find a way to deal with it so you don't get upset every time 1 of these rappers decides to stir the pot.

  • @EllegantGirl My personally I love Latin men their cocks feel so good Elle Babes..

  • lil wayne should check himself because his daughter is not red!

  • I wonder how lil wayne's (dark skinned) daughter feels when her dad makes a statement like that in his music... Along with the millions of others exposed to mainstream hip hop. That's sad.

  • Ok, I'm not loosing sleep @night over his comment but he is ignorant & I was offended. Not b/c it's his preference but b/c he had to compare me 2 a light skinned woman. If I prefer something I'll say it WITHOUT comparing it 2 the OPPOSITE of what I like. That's offensive. Say what you like & keep it moving. If I like light skinned bm I'd say it & wouldn't mention any other skin tones b/c it doesn't matter. My preference would be light skn bm. No need 2 mention anybody else.

  • i dont get women like this they dont like black men and are not with a black men but bring up when a black man says something like lil wayne said im like why do you care

  • @TheVigilantetv1

This video is about Preference. The subject is on the billboard at the beginning of the video.

But I can talk about Lil Wayne if I want to.

  • You can point out the few idiots like lil wayne but most black men love black women of all shades. We know it is the bad attitude that makes most brothers run for the hills.

  • lil wayne is a stupid southern plantation negro. that's how a lot of southern blacks are, slave mentality abounds.

  • @Chas0x01 not all of us but most..smh

  • @Chas0x01 What is it, about the South of America, that it produced many dense folks?

  • Wonder how many mall security guards become actual police officers? :/

  • So glad you made this video. I've been wanting to hear someone say this but all I heard was people getting angry at lil' Wayne and I'm thinking there are so many other things to be angry about.

  • Now if he had said that line but instead said Jewish would look better Arab then he would have got a whole different reaction because those people defend their culture. If we can't defend our culture against people of our own race then we certainly won't have a chance against people of other races. I didn't before but I'm definitely now not buying anything else of his.

  • @rherbe2 You said> I didn't before but I'm definitely now not buying anything else of his. <

I will seriously question the level of anyone intellect, who buys lil brains wayne drivel CD's, regardless of his comments. Come on, the man and his product is utter crap. Torture to me is, being forced to listen to the barely literate rants, lil wayne called music. Give me Gza/Genius, Pharoah Monch, KRS-1 any day.

  • @H1MLA I personally don't care for his style of rap, my tastes are more aligned with your. I have no doubt though that he is very intelligent, as he was a straight A student in high school and has recently attended the University of Houston and is now enrolled in the University of Phoenix. I think he like a lot of artists dumb down their lyrics for their listeners. My issue with him though is his complexion socialization and how he propagates a color castes system onto his people.

  • Blacks have been conditioned by whites to make excuses for such behavior, incidents with Cristal Champagne and Timberland boots are glaring examples of our apathy toward garnering respect by how we spend. Our culture rewards bad behavior (party for prisoners) over good behavior (college graduates) and this trickles down how we view things in the Public Sphere. Lil Wayne opinion should have stayed private but knows he has nothing to lose because of who he's speaking to.

  • I totally agree that he is entitled to his opinion/preference but that's really not the issue here. The continued support of lil wayne by dark skin woman is. It's like your Momma used to tell u if somebody don't like u, u don't like them either. Lil Wayne is selling a product so he can't afford to offend potential consumers of it. It's analogous to me finding a restaurant with the greatest food I ever had but the owners and wait staff give me slow disrespectful service but I keep comin back.

  • Like Elle said. He as a right to his preference as a man, and as a woman I have a right to my own preferences. Just like his preference doesn't include women like me, my preferences leave men like him ASS OUT.

Its a win win either way.

  • @Unekwu89 thats a good way to look at things

  • I don't understand why some black women are so bothered by what this guy says. Personally I couldn't careless. I'm not looking to befriend, date, or marry guys like him, sorry. Besides having some paper he is not a catch. He's not very articulate, he looks a mess, tattoos from head to toe, and he doesn't carry himself very well. I'll pass, thank you.

  • @tony666ism True you can‘t demand the reaction you want people to have but u can’t stop him/anybody else from saying what they like, the key words here is HIS opinion so what if he prefers women that looks less black or think they look better, other MEN would disagree with him gladly. So why are we giving these men so much power who doesn’t necessarily want to choose us? And the line of his song offends the black women AND the women he prefer so no women is winning in this reference

  • Lil waynes sucks period

  • This Shit Look Like A lil Romeo,ICDC Commercial..I Thought The Nigga Was Gone Pop Up Out Tha Back Wit A Wack Ass Rhyme,Talkin Bout.Im So ICDC,UHHh.Or Some Shit..lol...

  • It's fucked up that women can have preferences, but if a man has them, he's wrong.

  • grr typos lol if they don't perfer you

  • finally! i agree 100% and the thing about it is i bet a peep wouldn't be made if he would have the opposite. in fact a lot of people would be cosigning the song! the thing i noticed with some women is its ok to state a perference when it only benefits them if you are praising women that doesn't look like them then its a problem be comfortable with yourself and forget the lil waynes of the world if tbey perfer you

  • @nolakiss

    lets be real

his preference requires a women looking as least black as possible

the more features she has of another race, the better looking the woman is considered

that's what black women really get mad at

you have a right to have a preference, but you can't demand what kind reaction people have to it

  • @nolakiss great comment. most of the complaints are from women who don't fit the preference. all women want to be seen as desirable and wanted.

  • @termanology85 And don't forget, women have the upper hand still, when it comes to picking a partner. Unless you are a rich man, your options of picking birds easily is limited While women can say yes or no to me at will. But seriously, there's a man/Woman for every Woman/Man in this world. You just got to go through a lot of partners to find your soulmates, really.

  • lil wayne is a tool.beautiful black women i bet she look better with a lighter skin tone:even the most beautiful dark woman cannot equal a light skin woman because light skin is of course better, this just perpetuates colorism light skin supremacy self hate and division in the black community.if u agree with light skin supremacy then u agree with white supremacy.we need to stop supporting singers that promote this foolishness

  • T.I's son on his reality TV show thought he was white. When he was told he was black he responded by saying 'well can I have a white girlfriend' WTF this kid's about 6 years old. I highly doubt there are little white kids running around stating they want a black boyfriend or girlfriend. There is something seriously wrong with the way black folks raise their kids.

  • @SamuelZamuel I have NOT seen this T.I reality show which you spoke of. But I believe T.I wife (the on from Xscape) is Biracial and thus; his son is partly white. Maybe the young child might have been tease for being part Black by his peers, while he was at his White grandmother's house, who knows. As usually, when kids that age start talking about colour, there's always a racist incident that spark it up.kids as young as 3 are being indoctrinated with race hate by their parents.

  • @SamuelZamuel that little boy's mother is half white and grand mother is full white so it's understandable if he finds white women attractive.

  • @SamuelZamuel How the hell does T.I.'s son now suddenly represent "black folks" OR "the way black folks raise their kids"? So now RAPPERS (rolling eyes) and their behavior suddenly exemplifies an entire race of people? Oooookay!

  • People need to loosen up and pay attention to what's actually being said. Why people get all up in arms about this kinda thign baffles the hell out of me.

Keep up the good work Elle.

  • don't you notice black women seem to get a lot more angry when people express a disinterest in black women in general

as opposed to when black females as individuals are told they are not wanted by a man

  • @tony666ism

    What's an example?

  • @UHeardMe1stTime

all the black women you hear getting upset about things like lil wayne and the study by that asian guy, i'm sure these women have encountered men in their average lives who aren't attracted to them (truth is just about everyone has)

but for some reason the "i don't like black girls"

gets a more angry reaction then "i don't like you"

  • @UHeardMe1stTime I love BW in all shades, maroon as hell with the dark cocoa butter gloss, lightskin, or sunkissed caramel, whatever, I love 'em all. Fat,thick, slim. Any sisters with self hating issues, come see me, ill teach you how to love yourself.lol...And no,this is not a mangina plee...Love your vids, and your f**king hot, I bet I could fry a waffle on your thigh..lol.

  • @J2dADispora I don't beleive you. Even if it's tru that you lke BW of all shades and colours you have to consciously or subconsciously rank the different shades..r u gonna seriously tell me...lightskin, middle tone and dark skin are all on the same level to u?

  • @termanology85 In a nutshell, yes!!!!

  • This video is extremely on point. But I think the "Beautiful black woman" part makes it even MORE offensive when you think about it. He's saying that even the most beautiful black woman is not as pretty as a lighter skinned girl.

  • If you are grown and Lil Wayne's opinions on ANYTHING matter to you at all, then you got a biger problem than someone being color-struck. You are probably insecure.

  • @EllegantGirl You make sense.

  • People are individuals.

  • cont..Thats what I am seeing, when people address Dark skin girls thats why some woman are extra sensitive about the subject. I guarantee the average Dark Skin girl has heard your pretty for a dark skin girl or some guy trying to get with her but just because she dark she not fit to be wifey just a side piece. Preference is not the problem w/ wayne its his influence its the fact he dark and have a dark skin daughter that has to live in this world with these color stuck idiots he influence.

  • cont....But the hate toward darkskin woman is getting worse the sumbliminals in music and tv is just blatant and disrespectful. I have a preference I like tall guys but that does not mean EXCLUSIVE or I think that taller is better than short guys.... or I don't go around insulting short guys or trying to make them feel less than and unatractive.

  • @MissConcreteRose I agree with this comment on preference. For example, I think more muscular football built men looks more attractice, but I don't go around degrading men who are the opposite or fit that description. For example, (many) men who likes "thick" hourglass girls with big butts, but many of them try insult women who aren't built like that, or who have a flat "butt". Something I don't get, but they turn around & talk about women who preference men in certain occupation or status of $.

  • I disagree the current state in the black community has gone way beyond preference have you saw the twitter timeline #teamdarkskin #teamlightskin at any given moment, monitor it more than likely you will see more hateful things said about dark skin. I'm not saying Light skin does not have to endure idiots. People who are so mad at how they are treated because of there skin color will go and act like idiots to any light skin person I don't agree with that either.

  • I disagree with this video... Yeah, everybody's gotta physical preference but if we are spirits here on earth having an earthly human experience, why should a person's color matter? When people have a preference for the way other's LOOK, I tend to deem them as unenlightened, Lil Wayne is no exception. If I were to take a black woman and color her red, I'm sure Lil Wayne would wonder why she's the same color as a tomato. Jus sayin.

  • This whole "my preference, my business" thing is all well and good: but people need to ask themselves WHY they have these preferences, and whether or not these preferences are based off of a natural decision or off of what the European-owned media put into the minds of cultures and regions all over the planet, i.e. would so many black males want lighter skinned females for relationships if we did NOT live in a world where everybody has been brainwashed to believe that "Lighter is better"?

  • Remember when black planet was popular. There was always some black girl with the I love white boys sign on her page.

  • @1titans I'm not sure what you're trying to get across with this comment.

  • I agree and disagree. He has the right to his preference but why did he have to say anything about dark women? If he doesnt like his women black then leave them out of the equation! Say 'i like a light skinned woman' and leave it at that. The comparison of the two is what bothers me!

  • Another solid video. I would love for more people to see your vids, maybe start telling people to sub and share at the end of every vid.

  • Lil Wayne just selling records. He knows the more controversial, the more people will talk and the more will buy. Everybody gets the light skin, dark skin issue by now. We know there is an overall societal preference for light skin and white features. Hence why bm date white more than bw date wm. Its not fair, especially when some of the white/light chicks look like trash or come from trash. Some are just average, having white blood obviously trumps everything else. Just my honest opinion.

  • Lil Wayne I SALUTE you brother state that motherfucking preference... BW cough *toni Braxton* cough have NO problem stating theirs! ;-)

  • @KiddDynamite270 You know full well what women on this page are saying, nobody gives a flying fuck who Gaywayn 'prefers' because if you were to ask these women what they 'prefer' in him they would say his money as without it he wouldn't attract anyone and that's not due to his skin tone.Stop trying to act like you don't know what women are saying its not about who/what he prefers its the fact that he he felt the need to degrade DSBW in the process SELF HATE ,GET IT

  • @TheQueenrealist - BW INSULT/ DEGRADE BM ALL THE DAMN TIME INDIRECTLY OR DIRECTLY WHILST STATING THEIR "PREFERENCE" FOR NON-BLACK MEN PARTICULAR WHITE MEN, AND YOU BW CHEER LEAD THEM ON! YOU CAN'T DENY SHIT!

You BW are HYPOCRITES, you have nothing to say when the shoes on the other foot, ANY celeb or BM who has a preference for light skin, you BW will attack as being "self hating" but will silently pat other BW on the back when they promote their "something new" movement!

  • @KiddDynamite270 You accuse bw of being self hating yet you date only WW yourself. So doesnt that make you a hypocrite for calling THEM hypocrites? Are you slow?

  • @TheQueenrealist You sound crazy. Would you handle things cool, calm, and collectively rather than allow it to inspire so much anger in you? You end up looking weak and overly emotional.

  • @KiddDynamite270 You come of as embittered, sexually frustrated, and a troll. I suspect you have probably suffered many a years of grinding celibacy due to constant rejection by black woman or have been marginalized by them in some way. Which is most usually the case.

I suppose your pitiful attempts to evoke the ire of black woman on this thread by stating purposefully caustic comments gives you some time of self satisfaction? As you are a small person and would naturally do small things. Bravo.

  • @SoFlyCee - What? is that it? What a waste of a post, you didn't even refute NOTHING I just wrote you dumb bitch! LOL

    Therefore I know I'm right.

  • @kidddynamite270 If you think you even raised any points worth refutation, then you're more deluded than I previously thought. You're not raising anything factual in nature, you're stating your preference ostensibly in order to get a rise from black women.

What you're doing is trolling. You're not logical nor complex. You're just a belligerent, castrated eunuch who dedicates entirely too much of his time to disparaging women he claims to not even care for.

    Thank you for playing.

  • Comment removed

  • @SoFlyCee - LOL with you responding to me FIRST, the truth I wrote obviously touched a neeeeeerve, so your trying to lace up your comments with enough shaming tactics to get at me, without even refuting a single point, don't worry I see through you and your weak rebuttal, nice try ;-)

  • @KiddDynamite270 Your point? I also replied the girl who kept bitching about feeling insulted about being dark. What part of you can't process that you made no points worth refutation? I'm not attacking your preference for it is legitimate. I'm not even African American nor date AA men or hang out w/ AA ppl. AAs tend to have way too many chips on their shoulder and you're a testament to that. I'm attacking the fact you're purposefully trolling, how does this elude you so?

  • @SoFlyCee - If anyone is trolling its YOU, I've made my points loud and clear, you haven't made jack shit apart from feeble insults in a lame attempt to get under my skin, but you've replied for the THIRD time and you.... still come with nothing in attempt to refute my original point, so Later! ;)

  • @KiddDynamite270 You're exhibiting signs of mental illness or perhaps English isn't your first language? Trolling is saying inflammatory things for the purpose of pissing ppl off.

This is all too amusing since you've admittedly stated that you're stating your preference as fact to "dig in the chest" of bw because they've wronged you in some capacity by exalting white men. Lmao. You mad.

Dude, post all the smileys you want, but it won't mask your passive aggression. *lol* *smiley*

  • The BW arguing on this vid and others over lil Waynes/BM preferences for light skin women are a COMPLETE JOKE, I REPEAT A COMPLETE JOKE! AND NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!

These are same type of women who give BW the THUMBS UP with the "get a white man movement" here on youtube and other media outlets. When a BW is going through her "something new" faze and claim she likes WM over BM slating BM these women are in FULL SUPPORT

BM DO NOT listen to BW bullshit, if you like light skin just do you! ;-)

  • @KiddDynamite270 What the hell are you not getting, nobody gives a shit about his 'preference' its the fact that he has to racially insult/compare dark skin black women BITCH LOOK BETTER IN RED /DARK BUTTS .

  • @TheQueenrealist - MANY BW FUCKING COMPARE WHITE MEN TO BLACK MEN ALL THE TIME, WHERE THE FUCK WHERE YOU WHEN THE WEBSITE MADAME NOIRE TRASHED BM WITH THEIR ARTICLE:

"8 REASONS WHY WM ARE BETTER TO DATE THAN BM"

Yeah, probably co-signing no doubt, BM aint trying your B.S, you lot been saying for over 40 years what ever you want about BM on any media outlet regardless of whether its offensive or not, BM can do the same, so yeah light skins DO look better than you DARK BUTTS!... get over it!

  • @KiddDynamite270 You saif>so yeah light skins DO look better than you DARK BUTTS!... get over it!<

Er, have you seen the actress Seirra Lewis, her dark bum and smooth skin would give any red blooded male an erection any day. Listen bruv, I understand your preference. But it clear to me, that you are approaching this debate from a beef(score to settle) stand point and that's not rational at all.

  • @KiddDynamite270 Yes, I agree with you. Some of these Blacker than Black BW & BM with their ignorant drivel, often call any Black person in interracial relationship, self hating and that is wrong. They just based their position on the fact that, they hate IR and that's just bonkers.

  • @KiddDynamite270 Also, you seem to be suffering from a bit of contradiction yourself, mate. One minute, you berating BW for dating WM and the next, you accusing the emotionally insane pro-Black brigade of calling you and others self hating for dating WW and prefering light-skin/Biracial women.

  • @H1MLA Nope its quiet simple actually, I'm just digging it into these BWs chest, because I guarantee there the same ones who would be high fiving the "sisters" when they trash BM and get with a WM they loooove they shit! (For proof, see how they roll all over youtube) but simultaneously they be dissing brothers for liking light skin BW over dark skin calling BM self hating!

There full of shit in my opinion!

  • @KiddDynamite270 Would you agree with me though, that the BM & BW all over YT, beefing about Interracial relationships, skin tone and Biracial kids tend to be ignorant, racist or damn right insane? I mean, no rational person would say the things, these folks say, would they? My point is, you can't combat hate, ignorance with the same response. Its better to reply with rational point. If that fails, then mockery will do. For some folks are lost beyond reach & you can help them.

  • @KiddDynamite270 Just because they do it you do it too? So I guess if people start jumping off bridges you would do that as well.Whatever is your preference go for it, but you dont have to be bitter about it.Lil Wayne have issues probably stemming from childhood. He probably was teased bcs of his dark skin and that is why he have this complex, but that doesnt make it right. We dont need to bash anyone. Interracial is to the black man's demise anyway so you loose history prooves it. Mark my word.

  • People that have a skin preference are colorstruck/conditioned. Just like people are conditioned to think pink is a girl's color and blue is a boy's color. I lived with with a colorstruck person..my father. When the problem affect you at home I bet you will be concerned. My father always picks on me abt my natural hair telling me I need to str8n it, he prefers to see women with str8 hair. I wish I could just brush these things off but Im sorry its not happening.

  • @twoTQt I dont care abt stangers preferences, but I shouldnt have to be degraded by family..esp parents. Lil Wayne should be ashamed of himself bcs one day he will have to face his daughter for saying that bs. So it does matter in some cases..

  • @twoTQt And people wonder why there are black women and men that bleach their skin or str8n their hair...to fit in or be accepted.

  • @twoTQt Why is that if you like dark skin it's oacceptable, but if you like light-skin, you are color struck?

  • @Yezzur011 It is the actions, mindset, comments, and behavior of the person that goes with their feelings of prefering lighter skin. Most of these people tend to degrade dark skin men/women and look down on woolly hair and teach their children this hate..passing this hate to generation to generation. The question is why do these black people dislike dark skin and kinky hair? By making comments like dang he black as hell or I want my child to have good hair like halle berry. Not all but most bp.

  • @twoTQt You said >By making comments like dang he black as hell or I want my child to have good hair like halle berry. Not all but most bp.<

I agree with comments echoed above. But this is the thing with ignorant folks, hoooked on colour. They aren't bright enough to differeciate b/w Black persons of different ethniicity, talkess of b/w a Black & Biracial/Mixed-race person. I guess Jim Crow mentality ingrained in many Americans brains, is an old habit that died hard. Oh well!

  • @Yezzur011 In other words nothing is wrong with prefering light skin, BUT we all know the implications of these preferences. Most of these black men and women who prefer lighter skin make it known and at the same time degrade their blackness in the process. Comprendes? Plus, I view the comments made online by these crazy people plus, I have several biracial/mixed friends so I know what is being taught in their households. These people need mental help..we are a destroyed people

  • @twoTQt You said> I have several biracial/mixed friends so I know what is being taught in their households. <

And what exactly is being taught in Biracial/Mixed households?

  • @H1MLA That they are better than black people..indirectly. That is a no brainer. Why do you think when black children are faced with the doll test they view the black doll negatively most of the time? These children grow up to be the adults that you see degrading blackness. See this is the very thing that bugs me when people act like they dont know what is going on with black people. That behavior is not normal.

  • @Yezzur011 btw look at what happened in Lybia to the darkskin black men. That is what this self hate can lead to.

  • One of the honest thing a female associate once said to me was, ugly rich men become extremely handsome,,,,,,when they give them an open credit card to spend lol. So don't be envious of lil brains wayne, as the joke is on him.....but he doesn't know it yet.

  • Lil Wayne = Gremlin.

  • Part 3

In conclusion, I'm with EllegantGirl on this one. Yes, we all have our preference (I prefer ....WOMEN) and its nobody business whom we chose to date. Also, I find it strange when folks try to justify why they date their partners to others. That just silly. Its a bit like when folks think certain brothers are gay, just because they do NOT have hundreds of kids by different women. Focus on your own relationship and stop bothering about who's in other folks bed or should that be OPP;)

  • Part 2

Call me naive, but I have never rated myself on my shade of colour, I just know I was born Black and that was it. Yes, I do know of the colour thing in the BC. But one does not engage in that idiotic discourse. So, I just reply to her that, I was born that way and happen in my skin tone. The surprising thing was, she still gave me her number. I didn't call her, not because of her comments. But because she was very ignorant. Although, I did enjoy pointing out to her, how dense she was lol.

  • Part 1

I was doing a project at a clients site in 2008. The staff in the main were all females and Black & Mixed race. Many of them fancy me. But the mixed-race(with a Mariah Carey skin tone) one from Trinidad and Tobaco made her intention clear the most, that she fancied me and thought immediately, that I was hers. But the other competition thought other wise. Then suddenly, she said out loud, you are a handsome guy, shame you are so DARK.

  • Don't buy his gd albums; nor anyone else's on 'his' label. End of discussion, ladies. Let these BM fail as they seem to be doing all on their own. Notice how the mainstream goes after us & not the bm? These fucks are already conquered, so why bother? Exactly. Let these conquered grown boys w/ their huge inferiority complex go. Don't by their gd albums. End of discussion. Sad.

  • @BlackButterfly707 Do you think lil brains, Oops Wayne is representative of a majority of BM in the AAC or BC in America? I only ask, as the last time I looked, a majority of BM in the USA are dating/marrying BM. So, I don't see what the hysteria is about with regards to BM dating/marrying Biracials & non-BW lol. Also, Lil brains Oops is not oil painting, remember that. If can only date these GD women, as a result of his wallet size and not his intellect or looks.

  • @BlackButterfly707 You made some very important points in your post. But I'm alarmed by the fact, you seem to think the likes of lil brains wayne & other wack rappers of his ilk, represent BM in America? Isn't this the same thing white racists do, when they say all BM are robbers, gangsters etc and BW are welfare, Aids this & that? I think you need to differenciate b/w ignorant brain dead Blacks men or Women & nornal Black folks.

  • there is nothing wrong with having a preference but the reason why blk women were upset at the comment lil wayne made because he was comparing dark skin to light skin and saying how light skin is better. I believe that is the main problem blk wmn have period with men like lil wayne. If u like light skin women then so be it do u...but how dare u bash a dark complexion woman in the process?? That is something blk men fail to understand.

  • Is lil Wayne all that important that people care so much about his preference? If people actually listened to his lyrics they'll see that he's said much worse things than this. He's not worth the emotion.

  • @TheQueenrealist thats the sad part.. the ones that are ds are always the one doing the degrading.. and Nolarvshow is just irrelevant. as a matter a fact that name sound familiar. i think he has a vid talking about how darkskin women are too dark for him.. or some crap.. thats why other races look down on us because we are still in the slavery mentality.

  • @Jamgirl2341 Yep I watched that same video on his channel disgraceful this man truly hates himself,as if skin tone makes a person better

  • @TheQueenrealist Great comment! someone sent me a msg to stop hating when i said the same thing. I agree with everything u said, with him being a public figure thats no escuse to constantly degrade women and with his daughter being ds its no better.. He must hate something about himself to even put stuff out like that.

  • cont.. Why does he have to degrade DSBW to uplift a preference that is closer to the one he praises and says I a BW should not try to emulate.I couldn't care less about lil wayne because all those beautiful women he has draped around him only want him for his money and without it lets she if they would stick around. My main issue is

  • I don't understand what people are not getting. It is NOT about his 'preference' for light skin women because we know just like the majority of rappers he is a homosexual so that's irrelevant .The problem is the fact that BM (not just rappers) consistently focus on our weaves etc and tell BW to love there dark skin, natural hair and to stop trying to look like WW then turn around and tell me that my natural hair and dark skin is UGLY (dark butts)and I should look like a red bone etc

  • @TheQueenrealist

But like i said in the video, you can;t control what people say. So are you gonna go apeshit every time somebody states a preference that excludes you or downgrades people with certain features. You need to just tell yourself, that's just that person's opinion & keep it moving. We are never going to live it a world where people don't say asshole-ish things so you need to prepare yourself for it so your self esteem doesn't get crushed every time.

  • @EllegantGirl PT1 I wish I had your optimism about the world :) and I understand your point of view which I am not rebutting, its just that this 'somebody' is Lil wayne he like the majority of rappers who follow his views are FIGUREHEADS PROMOTED by God knows who to corrupt the minds of the youth on a WORLDWIDE basis, to the point where BM based on my perception are living clones of what he/rappers promote in videos from the clothes they wear, the way they dress, talk to the way they think ......

  • @EllegantGirl PT2 and BG acting like being a whore is desirable, shaking their booty and walking around with hardly no clothes on.When we start ignoring things they become the norm,it reminds me of BP BM in particular who would go around calling each other N****r trivialising the word until it became popular especially in rap music and shoved under the carpet then soon non black people were/are going around calling BP/BM n****rs and BM were/are up in arms about this?....

  • @EllegantGirl Pt3 If white/asian m/f went around calling darkskin m/f darkbutts we as BP would be up in arms and be the first to cry racism yet BM(not just rapper mentality any more) can get a pass for doing it because they are black?I personally believe the more we ignore this the more acceptable it will become to openly disrespect BW . Dealing will individuals is one thing but he is a media ICON,he can like who he likes but why does he have to disrespect what he doesn't?

  • @TheQueenrealist You must also realise that, the fact that moronic cretins like Lil brains, Oops Wayne are at the top of the food media chain is no mistake. When was the last time Pharoah Monch, Mr Lif or KRS-1 were on the same media exposure levels as lil brains? My point is, ignorant cretins like lil wayne will forever be given this media exposure as they represent the false image of BM, the powers that be like to see. Until that change, lil wayne is free rant and rave all day

  • @EllegantGirl Well said (re: your comments to TheQueenrealist). I find it strange when folks can understand that, ignorant folks are stupid and say the most idiotic things ever with no rational too it. Also, I have always detested lil wayne as I find his drivel utter crap. But funny enough, the folks screaming with rage now about his comments, were the same folks buying his crap when he first came out. Folks are bonkers lol.

  • IMO, i think lil wayne is wrong for even saying that. there is nothing wrong with having a preference but when u are in the public eye like he is, he has a big influence on young people. hes always degrading women in general so i wouldnt be surprised that it was meant in a degrading way. I cant stand him.. his own daughter is dark skin..

  • @Jamgirl2341 stop hating hoe

  • @NoLaTvShow fuck u no one is hating! i love myself and wouldnt change my skin color for anyone. i could care less what lil wayne or anyone has to say

  • I agree with you, elle. I think we should allow people their preference when it comes down to who they let near their private parts. I can't fault Lil Wayne because I have a preference myself that doesn't include Lil Wayne or anyone that falls under his category of short, measly-framed, metal-mouthed, baggy-pants wearing, roach-resembling, etc, etc. As you can see, I'm very picky my-damn-self : )

  • Ellegant, you go so hard. LOL

  • He was talking about men! Lil Wayne is gay.

  • @NoLaTvShow Good for you. I hope your kids come out very caucasion looking and end up hiding your photo some day. Because that's what most of these kids do when their dark skin parent has them with a light if not white mate. The kids come out light, too, in some cases and they inherit the "red bone" preference from you and no longer want to be associated with dark skin people. I've seen this time and again. Those kids usually lie and say you're the stepdad. Word!

  • @WhereYaBoss I dnt do white hoes so that's out dnt care wut color the kid comes out jst want the mom to be red bone

  • @NoLaTvShow And I was just saying I hope you kid comes out red and inherits your preference for a lighter skin tone and hides your damn picture. How fitting would that be, when he or she tells their friends you're the step dad?

  • @WhereYaBoss I wouldn't care

  • @NoLaTvShow I'm sure you won't care. When your kid is ducking down when you come into the classroom.

  • @WhereYaBoss sure ok

  • @WhereYaBoss lol

  • @NoLaTvShow Why did you even comment on this video? You already stated in your own videos that you have a preference and you don't care if dark skinned women are upset about it. Please stop trying to cause trouble.

  • @CSL1 suck a dick

  • @NoLaTvShow Exactly making trouble.Enjoy your preference (it's a free country) but seriously let the whole light skin vs. dark skin thing go lol.

  • he likes light skin men

    :P

  • lil wayne is gay so i dont know why any women of any color would be upset ..... Im serious that nigga is gay as fuck ..him kissing baby on the mouth and the women skinny leopard skinny jeans he wore at the VMA's

    hes gay

  • On the flip side, people who get all butthurt over everyone who has a preference is also annoying. Why are you so concerned with who other people find attractive or unattractive? Unless you're tryna get with them yourself, I don't see any reason why you should try to make it your concern at all.

  • My problem isn't with people's preferences, it's with how people express those preferences. Alot of people who are into "redbones" act like its an objective standard and go out of their way to put down darker women. I'm sure the same is true in some cases for the opposite, but I hear it coming from "teamredbone" more often. In terms of black women, I'm more attracted to brown and dark skinned women but I don't go around on a "fuck them lightskinned hoes" campaign.

  • @pernch i agree. if someonne happens to like lighter skinned ppl more, no biggie. but that's not a reason to go around talking about how ugly "dark butts" look when they come out of a pool or w/e. i notice ppl only like the pull out the "it's my preference" line when theyve said something extremely offensive about dark skin, nappy hair, or w/e else.

i also think it's a bit narrow minded to refuse to date anyone outside of your preference, though.

  • love your logic.

  • @noblegas90 good point

  • @noblegas90

The reason I talk about media representation is NOT just create a beautiful rainbow of people on TV. I do it because of the message it sends to young black girls. If the media only shows light skinned black women it subconciously sends the message that you need to light to be beautiful / make it on TV. This message is getting thru & the proof is the doll tests. These days, most black boys "pass" the test while most black girls still "fail". This is why I speak up.

  • @EllegantGirl Little wayne and soulja boy are part of the media , and are in someways actors when they are rapping, since they don't actually believe or practice what they say in their songs likethey don't participate in the gangsta lifestyle even when they are rapping about it so their professed preferenced for redbones might not be real either. Did you see the two little girls @ the begining of the aston martin video? Vidoe scenes like that were put in the video intentionally.

  • @noblegas90 Redbones? What's that, old chap?

  • @EllegantGirl Where is the study that shows most black boys pass the tests? Alll the doll tests I see still show black boys , like black girls, preferring the white doll over the black doll.

  • @noblegas90

I'll find it. Give me a bit.

  • @EllegantGirl Okay, its the rick ross video. The two girls are talking to the young rick ross , and they both have different reactions. Tell me if you think the contrasted reactions of the two little girls were put their intentionally

  • @EllegantGirl I love the new channel by the way,I would really like to do a video response to this video

Advertising is a powerful tool that can influence people and it works. If it didn't, this site wouldn't have advertisements. the advertisers know exaclty what they're doing when they show only certain phenotypes. It's no accident & it has nothing to do with preference. If the advertsing weren't affecting black girls negatively, I wouldn't have an issue.
