@conrad4ever I'm from Olomouc and I'm glad to hear your opinion. I'm surprised that you like it...It sometimes looks like it has stopped in "middle ages" and that makes me sometimes bored...you know...I really adore big buildings, skycrapers and in Olomouc the biggest building is a cathedral from 18.century :-)
It does look frozen in time. How much warm weather do they get there?

The summers are nice in central Europe. From the beginning of May to the end of September!
