This song used to be Yoshi's theme music before Yoshi's story came out it has been in several games including Yoshi's Island, Tetris Attack and more (keep in mind Tetris Attack had an offical Nintendo remix of it.

Nintendo really needs to come out with a yoshi game for the Wii. Possibly a 3D/2.5D game that has 3D and side scrolling. The 3D would play like Yoshi does in Super Mario Sunshine after you unlock him and like he does in Super Mario 64 DS. The side scrolling would play like SMW2:Yoshi's Island and yoshi's Story.
