If a person can talk and stand there for minutes before even starting, and at the same time capture, touch and elevate hearts and souls, then that, my friends is a star.

Not someone who needs about 50 million things going on at once on the stage to keep people's attention. What has become of performance? I intend to restore it.

I met Dean back in the 70s on a visit to Florida. I had always been a fun of his, for is great singing, acting and comedy, but meeting him made me realise not only was he talented entertainer, but a great man that can only be loved and liked. A sad when he departed, but his memories live on, both in life and music.

Great clip. I remember when Dean and Jerry split up there was so much speculation as to the reason. I remember my father telling me it was just that Dean wanted to be the comedian and felt he couldn't do that with Jerry. I think he was 100% correct.

The world has changed so much. Music is made differently, films are made differently, everything is different. Nowadays, to pass as a singer all you need is a couple of people, a camera. Back then, these singers had class, something that not many artists nowadays possess. Films back then were much better, now everyone likes special effects, and the constant sequels to everything! They ruined ocean's eleven, the original film was a hundred times better than the modern one.

Exactly what I thought but after realizing How ill Frank was, probably was the best decision. According to articles and comments by Deana Martin in her book, Frank was very frail, deaf, and had the beginnings of Alzheimer's and could no longer be left alone. It would have been sad to see him by those who loved him.
