Such lovely playing!! I am proud to have been taught by one of Walcha's organ students. His articulations and interpretations are so clear and musically sensible--as opposed to all that bunpy, detached playing so in vogue today.

Superb playing by Helmut Walcha of a remarkable piece by a great exponent of Organ music. I find similarity in his music to that of J S Bach. I think Bach's Passacaglia and fuge is inspired by Pachelbel's compositions. Thanks for this posting.
