I always liked Billie. It pisses me off that a lot of other Charmed fans don't like her, when I think they just didn't like Season 8 in general, for the sheer fact that it was the season. I extremely admired her courage, strength, and heart. She's also relateable. I talk like she talks, by saying "whatever" rolling my eyes, thinking a lot of things are "cool". She's a good character. I'm a HUGE Charmed fan!
