I wonder why they used footage of Soviets when Mosley opposed Communism, couldn't they have used footage of Mosley's Blackshirt marches and rallies? Also, Mosley's British Union party used a Flash and Circle symbol in Britain's national colours of Red, White and Blue not the Swastika.
Mosley had a good sense of humour and campaigned against war, unemployment and poverty in Britain.
@flash34able I assume they used the stock footage of soviets because they already had it to hand, having used it in several other sketches. And I assume the use of the swastika logo is ironic, demonstrating both the ignorance of the "neo-nazi" singers, and the full implication of fascist politics, whether foreign or domestic.
@richardcadbury To me the flag appears to be the naval ensign of the soviet union - so presumably Russia; although the forces could've been drafted from anywhere within the union I guess.
