  • wonderful you are fixing cats and kittens!

  • ya know you couldve walked by those cats and picked them up

  • to nice, i'd create a guillotine or wood shredder trap.... f-ing bird killers she die...

  • My closest neighbor spent $200 at the vet getting cats patched up after the "TIGER" attacked them. We couldn't trap it, too smart! It would come around and beat up the cats for their food. It was BIG, and mean. We finally had to sit out in our yards with shotguns and wait for it. Sad, but that is a rare occurrence. Now we again have a stable cat population which keeps mice out of our houses for which we are grateful. Domestic outside cats that are fed don't devastate the wildlife.

  • It is a shame that too many folks are unwilling to spend the money to have cats sterilized. Just like you mentioned they can become a nuisance. I live ten miles from the nearest city. I am always glad to see a few cats roaming through my 3 acres because I know they are on the prowl for mice. But sometimes people drop them off out here and they become dangerously aggressive to the domestic cats. We had one a year ago fighting and doing severe damage to the farm cats.

  • when your trap has a nasty stray in it you can put it in a 55 gallon drum of water or you can put the cage under a cardboard box and run the car exhaust into it , these methods work great for fixing stray cats, i also started using posion which works well also, draino and kippers with an antifreeze chaser, i dont care what any of you kitty lovers have to say, i just keep killing them, the funny thing is there aint shit you can do about it,lol if you love your kitty keep it indoors:)

  • How did you get them from the drop cage to the steel cage. Some of us would love to see hoe to do that.

    Thanks

    For your good work

  • Good job. You do great work. I guess some people have to try and make up for the other irresponsible people who cause these problems. Keep it up.

  • you are a great person!

  • What effect do all these feral cats have on the population of small animals in the area? Spaying them will control their population, but that doesn't mean they wont continue to kill smaller animals for food.

  • fuck the kitties! lol i have shot 1 but he was attacking a kitten and he lived but not forever because i shot that big feral tom again when he fucked up my stalk on a bunny. didnt get to kill the bunny but the tom cat got some lead stuck behind his ear...

  • I guess it makes you a big man to shoot something.

  • nah but it keeps my belly full and it helps keep feral cunts...i mean cats from destroying the environment. that cat i shot was a real asshole, it attacked and nearly killed a kitten we had and it kept fuckin up my fox traps...it got what it deserved. take your hippy bitchin somewhere else

  • i went to ur website and im valenteeering yay

  • i have 2 cane corso mastiffs that i let roam my fenced 100 acre property and they just love kittys!! i am going to try to get some vid of how they work together to catch sneaky kitties!! i try to keep the kitties killed off for thier own good and i hate it when one of the dogs sneak a kitty head into the house! i have even had kitty heads droped in my hand when i thought the dogs had a ball they wanted thrown, thats nasty and that why i shoot kitties.

  • i shoot plenty of kittys arround here they are vermin and i kill them, its not like i am giving them a painfull death like you guys are by throwing them back on the streets to starve, lol mabey i should stop shooting them just for you ! mabey i will just let my dogs run them down and have a nasty tug of war with them like they usually do when they can cornner one, so whats you choice? at least when i shoot them i dont have to listen to them in pain like when they get away from the dogs!

  • froget trapping i shoot them and it takes very little time, and if i see them in the woods i shoot them also, if people care about cats keep them indoors , where they cant bother anyone or i just might shoot your kitty, lol

  • your a jerk, next time your on somebodies property they should to shoot you. people like you shouldn't be able to have guns.

  • I bet your one of those dog people that think they're the perfect pet...well what about the dogs that go running around destructing property and biting people and killing livestock what do you say we do with them? .....just wondering if you would feel the same about dogs as you does these cats

  • People like you are AssHoles, you go around to sites like this were some one is trying do good. And you try to start fights for no reason and for no purpose other than causing trouble,(this lady is not hurting any human or animal by doing whats shes doing) your the type of person that society needs to eliminate

  • this is a response to collinb25

  • you mention your self in the video....I quote" And instead of finding homes for the cats they just let'um out" See even you know that cats living in the wild IS WRONG!!!! So why once you have them trapped would you go and release them again?? Like I said keep them or kill them but they SHOULDNT BE RELEASED.

  • I agree, cats living in the wild as a result of irresponsible pet ownership is wrong, but your reasoning is flawed. Studies show that neutering feral cats is much more effective than killing them outright. With each cat you kill, another cat will move in to take its place, therefore, the reproductive cycle continues. If you trap, neuter and return the cats, the colony is effectively managed and, in time, the cats will disappear as they grow old or die off as a result of natural causes.

  • why dos it matter there not hurting anything.

She stated in the video that they are spayed/ neutered so whats the big deal.

  • why not just dig a hole and be done with them??? Instead your gonna let these cats which DONT BELONG in the wild, kill natural animals that DO BELONG there just so you can feel better about yourselves!!!! Hell why not take them to your house and keep them instead of releasing them since you care so much for them. I'll continue the trap, dig deep hole, and release into. Cause its much better for the environment....cats suck

  • I enjoy watching the traps work, not only is it edjucational but it also gives me a sence of satisfation that there are others out there making a differance.

Keep it up. You should also focus on their mannerisms, what behavior or warning signs you can determine if they'll try to bite or claw you, or if they try to make a break for it.

  • It wouldn't be difficult to transfer to the box traps, if you'd completely cover the droptrap, then cover the box trap top and sides only - so it looks like a way out!

    Good job!

    HubCats

  • Thanks for the suggestion. Will try that the next time I have to use the drop trap.

    Regards,

    Linda P.

  • wonderful...I trap also and feel very good after a colony is complete. as long as there is shelter and a feeder, that is all the cats can hope for.

  • You should have destroyed the entire colony. You have decided to kill thousands of birds and other animals thru your actions. There is nothing Humane about introducing the wrong animal in the wrong environment!

  • couldnt have said it better myself. come to australia and have a tour of the bush. SUX THOUGH CAUSE YOU WONT SEE MUCH WILDLIFE THANKS TO THE CATS!!!

  • Yeah the cat lovers in the US took the "cats down under" documentary off you tube because it was too violent for the poor sweet kitties..

They just don't get it! Never will until it's too late.

  • well with 10 - 12 million feral cats roaming australias bushland killing 12 billion native animals a year, its already too late :(

  • It's a tragedy... and then you see sites like these that promote love and care for these poor kitties.... There are even movies on here where cats claw or strangle rabbits mice ect.. and the stupid cat lovers call that "cool" or "i wish my cat could be that cool" or "wow that cat is awesome"

  • Really? I wish they didn't. I would have been further edjucated on the epidemic in Australia. I intend on trying to find a way to help in a way that everyone likes

  • Reputable studies indicate that it is not feral cat predation that is negatively affecting native wildlife populations. The decline in these populations is due to habitat destruction and pollution among other things caused by humans. In other words we are the culprits, not the cats.
