wow, great video! It was so cute, reminded me of when I first started riding! What ever anyone says, don't give up! Do what you love to do ;) I wanted to be a horse trainer, and let people convince me to go to school for something more "realistic", and it was a huge mistake. Wish I had never given up, and now I have to start all over...! Oh well, live and learn... :) can't wait to see your new horse!! JD was very beautiful...

What a sweet video...I remember when I first started riding.....24 years ago! I did the opposite...started english and went to western. Now I train and compete in reining. My first "jump" was an accident, my horse spooked and jumped the fence to the next areana. Luckily I didn't fall off; I was just learning my two-point! Anyway, other than that I only did poles not even raised ones. Until I changed riding places. During my first lesson I went from pole to 1.5 feet! Now I jump 3 feet but still! Your vid is amazing! And I love your horse! I wish I had a horse...

After 4 years of riding at one place I had a REALLY bad fall on a horse I was training(Funny story he was my favourite) So I went to a new place that does natural horsemaship, I have been there 3 years and Im in LOVE with bareback riding!!! I love your video! I just started riding all the time. I use to ride off and one but I just got my mare Tipper for my birthday last year she is the love of my life! I dont jump her because she is 15 years old and she is 14.3hh. but I didnt exactly beg for a horse, my mom just decided to get me one, I told her what breed I wanted and I ended with Tipper :) a black and white paint quarter horse :) I hope you have the same relationship that I do with my mare :) Happy riding!

So great story :) I will use it to inspire a little girl called Emma who is so scared of too big horses, but the thing she wishes for the most is to learn how to ride propperbly. really. I made her sit on my competition pony : müseli and he is only a 2nd grade size pony on 132 cm and he started walking she got so scared and pulled the reins and he stoped walking... I have never seen such a big smile on such a little girls face :) everyone has to start somewhere ...
