@HmanHunt09 McFadden hasn't even rushed for 900 yards in 2 years yet and averages 3.8 yards per carry. He has already fumbled 8 times and lost 4 of them in his short career. He is always hurt. He always had wide open running lanes in college and in the pros you have to be able to break tackles and he hasn't done that consistently yet. He can't rely on his speed because in the NFL, everybody is fast. I always thought he would bust on any team because he just a straight line runner.
McFadden needs to do some more squats for his lower body, and lower his pad level when he runs. He is a player full of talent, but will be labeled a bust because of his situation.

yeah and he's also been pretty dinged up so far in his career. I think they need to give bush more carries, make him the workhorse, and use mcfadden more like a reggie bush type player. It took reggie a few years to find a role, hopefully hue jackson can use McFadden similarly

Any players that the Raiders draft is a waste because they fucking suck and all they've been doing is ruining rookie careers. Michael Huff was pretty hyped going into the draft, he's not even talked about now. Mcfadden is compared by so many people to Peterson, Peterson got drafted to a legit team and look what he's done, I think as soon as Oakland gets a real team or Mcfadden leaves, that's the only way he'll suceed.

Lucky if he isn't killed? Fargas and Bush haven't spent half the time out as McFadden has already this season, it has nothing to do with Mcfadden's tendency to accumulate injuries. He's FRAGILE, it's simple as that, especially his lower extremities. He's already had 4-5 leg injuries in only two seasons. I know you guys are still hyped over what he did in college, but this isn't college anymore it's the National Football League and Mcfadden has not made the transition.

OMG how can you call D-Mac a bust in 2008 hes carried the ball 113 times for 499 yards and averaged 4.4. yards per carry an if you dont know some of the elite backs in the NFL only average Portis 4.3.Gore 4.3. Forte 3.9 Jones-Drew 4.1. And if D-Mac got the ball 300+ times in a season with an average of 4.4. yards per carry he would be rushing for 1300 yards then would u be callin hm a bust. Didnt think so. don't listen to the haters, They don't understand how painful a toe injury is & how much it can affect your game(take L.T for example) darren mcfadden in not the starting running back.. he had a toe injury in 2008, and BTW as long as darren mcffadden is with the Raiders he's not going to put up big numbers, Randy Moss looked like he was done when he played for the Raiders, but as soonest he went to the patriouts hes back to the old moss.. being with the Raiders is like falling into a black hole

All of Darren's greatest runs were when their were huge holes....he made no moves to make it happen....He was a great college back, but will not make it in the nfl.....Arkansas o line was really bad in terms of pass blocking, but they were really good in run blocking.

I bet I could average 5 yards a carry behind that mammoth o line. Anyway in the nfl you need to be able to break tackles and take the pounding. HMMMM he obviously doesn't break tackles and he was injured with the raiders (even with a limited role). Darren Mcfadden was a great college back, but he will never be successful in the nfl. Mcfadden's legs go dead on contact...just look at his highlights you mother fucker.
