Unfortunately there's no further information about this particular performance in the credit of this flim. From the specific way of this was taken - the unusual lighting and keeping the close-up shot of Ms Chung only -, I assume this might have recorded specifically for this documentary. The flim was produced in 82, and indeed her hair style shows the look of her early 80's.

I agree with your extrapolation of her age. Her hairstyle here is similar to her hairstyles in her performances of the bach concertos and the Walton concerto that you poster earlier on.
