How can Christopher Hitchens say that he is against religion? He has made a religion out of Atheism. His quest is to make everyone an atheist (conversion). He says that Christians and other faiths in the world are based on hatred but I am yet to hear ANYTHING unhateful leave Hitchen's lips. To me, Hitchens is one big hypocrite. Talk Show and News Show debates are a complete farce. Either one side is under represented and therefore ganged up on by the other speakers or the host of the debate allows the talk to go just long enough for the conversation to get to actual issues before they cut it off on the account of "having to leave it there". There is never enough discussion for there to truly be any insight gained one way or the other.

How can Christopher Hitchens say that he is against religion? He has made a religion out of Atheism. His quest is to make everyone an atheist (conversion). He says that Christians and other faiths in the world are based on hatred but I am yet to hear ANYTHING unhateful leave Hitchen's lips. To me, Hitchens is one big hypocrite. People are always debating him to prove God to him but that is not what is needed. Instead, he needs to be shown how hypocritical he really is.
