Maybe these guys weren't betting on the game but they didn't seem worried about making openly bad calls. Something was up.

It's amazing to me how bad NBA refs are. In contrast when you look at the NFL there are 22 guys playing at one time instead of 10, and the refs still do a great job when compared to the NBA. They call things I would have never seen without replay. NBA action is much slower and 3 refs can't do things right at all. They do impact the outcome of games.

Even though there isn't much LEGAL contact in basketball, it is still very much a contact sport. Huge 7", 300lb men jumping around, struggling for rebounds etc, can still get pretty dirty. That's why there are still so many injuries in basketball.

Even though the contact in basketball isn't legal contact, it's still contact that happens regardless of the rules, making it a contender to be classified as a "contact sport" IMO. Basically, if you're going to play basketball, there's NO QUESTION there will be contact, making it a contact sport even if the rules try to prevent it from being.

MLS is the least watched American league next to baseball, basketball, and football. Sure, there are 30 teams in the NBA but what about all the Euro and Asian teams? Do those only count in soccer? Lqtm. Basketball is much bigger in America and second world-wide basically.

The highest growing sport is soccer, which is predominately European and South
American/African (Make low salaries).
Then comes baseball, which is mainly white and south american.
The third fastest growing sport in the 2000s was Starcraft: Brood War which is dominated by Koreans, Chinese, and Whites. There are no black people who are half decent at Starcraft.
Fourth would be american football, which is predominately black.
