Not be a jackass but that's 50% false. The Pakistan's government has been slow to help the US track down taliban members. There are some reports that the government and some leaders are so corrupt they are providing sanctuary for some of them. Obama stated that if US has real inteligence of Taliban/Al Qaeda members, where abouts he would take them out. 2-3 weeks after he said that. Bush bombed Pakistan and killed Taliban's #2 leader.

Obama said he would unilaterally invade Pakistan. He said this a week or two before the comments you reference. It wasn't until people in the media and democratic party said, "wtf unilaterally invade an ally?" that he changed his story.

If your next reply doesn't address the conflicts of interest between Musharraf and taliban, Nato's pleas that Musharraf clamp down on them and his inability to do so....don't claim to be objective and give this patronizing air that you are fully vetting both sides. Situation is not as black and white as you make it out to be. Alot of grey in between. (50% false comment) The US cannot continue to give aid to Pakistan while Musharraf looks the other way to terrorist activities in Pakistan.
