@rriabdb considering green is transfering cody gleen gave up you have two completeley inexpirenced qbs i think he will be alright this year the problem was if you stopped his rushing you stopped nebraska but that was with shawn watson and new offensive cordinator(i dont know his name) promised to keep it a simplier more balanced offense. and i know he didnt do well in the last games we lost momentum he just has to get back his swagger.

@rriabdb No he didn't. Not one bit. He got hurt. He's a Freshman and you really think that he's no good after one season? He's one of the best QB's to come to NU in a while. Not even close was he a dud.

@cornhuskersfan I hope so. My friends sister is really close friends with Taylor Martinez. In fact, she's going to fly to Iowa to go watch him play. Taylor used to go to my High School I'm attending next year before he transfered to Centennial which is in the city next to me.

@BOKnows1450 Yeah, I see him as someone like Eric Crouch who tried the NFL but his style wasn't really good in the NFL. It's very hard to be a Scrambler in the NFL. I am surprised Michael Vick does it. He sure does have a lot of talent. But who knows. This was Martinez's first season and he had 4,000 passing yards in his Senior year at Centennial. He will definitely get better as a passer and runner by his senior season. Give him time.

@NUHusker09 Me too and he already knows what it is like to be a winner since he lead his High School to a California state championship, so he already has that winning mentality. I hope that he can carry that kind of thinking over to the collegiate level(he already has) but you know- for the rest of the season and his career...
