  • LMFAO 1:52@!

  • The Hard Drive is only 2Gb how do you save Your data? and how do you get Windows on it without any problems.

  • Wow, i have never seen a Windows that boots that slow :-O

  • is that sound normal?

    plz rply

  • monitor ftw XD

  • Haha zu geil ein Klaps auf den Monitor und das Bild ist wie geleckt Xd

  • cool computer!! i wish mine was like that

  • i liked this coz of the same cpu case u have !! hahah hate ur hard drive thats loud !!

  • 1 thing is that is broken for sure what a noisy hard drive

  • what cpu case is that i have the same but i don't know the name ..and i'm also in to case modding

  • Прикольно! У тебя, пожалуй, самый красивый ПК!

  • jajaja what noise!!! tick tock!!!

  • @chorito1 Well, this video was recorded when HDs only started using the newer quiet motors. This Hard Drive is obviously not a newer one.

  • Sry but this HDD is Brocken... FINITO, MUERTO, TOT, DEAD, KAPUT

  • is that a 20gb Fujitsu or wd drive

  • is that a 2gb Fujitsu or wd drive

  • best method i've heard of doing for these mods is putting the hard drive in a sealed tupperware box and then taking it apart in a bathroon soon after a a bath has been taken. the reason being is that the residual moisture will keep the dust settled long enough for you to take the top off after finishing the mod, then do the same to put it back together these are what i've heard from some people that have done it in the past.

  • Yes, the HDD may have a few bad sectors. At 1:50 it looks like it is only booting into safe mode...

  • 1:53 :D

  • i would love to see my harddrives doing stuff :) next pc will mod just like yours

  • if you want to see a nice comp, look up the cybertron armor.

  • it is sealed!!!!! its pressed agenst the glass with the seal on it!!!! BUSTED!!!!!!

  • Great vid. The HDD needs defrag though! :)

  • I love your pc case!

  • hey, a floppy drive :P

  • That arrange you did, was before or after get damaged that hard disk?

Because if it was after, let me tell you that fan over the PC is feeding dust over the HD.

    Regards.

  • hes right!

  • Is your HDD fragmented?

  • Firstly, the hd is loud and slow.

Secondly, the OS on that computer looked like win 95, win 98 maybe.

    Thirdly, you monitor sucks.

    Aside from that excellent video.

  • If you don't like it, then why watch it?

  • I said it was an excellent video, can you read?

  • I'm amused by people actually insulting others because they don't have the computer that'll make you get an orgasm.

  • what´s the deal with that near-BSoD experience??

  • I dare you to put a magnet on top of the tower.

  • dumb ass there is a high powered magnet in the drive

  • What did the error message say?

  • Hey, issit possible to show us the defragment process :), I wanna see how the defrag works !! thnks !! :D

  • The "needle" basically moves back and forth rapidly. Defragging is basically moving files.

  • dude give me the specs for your computer, i wanna know what its runnin on... heheheheh tap the monitor, classic... :)

  • one word for that PC: AWESOME!

  • 01:51 WTF u hit the to ov the pc 2 fix it lol

  • is NOT an open HDD, is a transparent cover HDD!!

  • no speed included

  • Love the jealousy in the comments

  • hehe ;)

  • Its all so ugly

  • Liked the job you did with the transperant cover on the HDD at the end ;)

  • How old is your computer...? I think you are running windows 98 and taking like 2 minute to start up?

  • Wtf is that stupid hose doing? It's the worst looking thing ever. And that annoyng fan cover on the side was up-side down!

By the way, u could've got a proper mouse instead of doing rubbish like that.

  • I think you can actually buy HDDs with clear panels in them nowadays... forgot the company though.

  • You can buy a hdd with a clear lid: WD raptor X 150gb 10000rpm.

  • i love this video but i think if you remove the cover from the drive dust will get inside unless your in a clean room, how did you mod it and still have it work

  • I did this mod in a normal, dusty garage. There are just a few moments where you have to work slow, and then: cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. After that the HDD had just about 40 diskerrors which are marked. After 3 years now it is still working fine.

  • thats kinda very retarded. first of all, it's louder than your mom... and then your monitor is fuxx0red... and that is one of the slowest boots i've ever seen. i have a pentium 233 sitting around here that even boots faster than that (XP Pro)

here's a nickel... go get yourself an upgraded PC.

  • This computer was just for playing around (not gaming!). So the purpose for it is to run (at least) and look nice, and that is what it is doing fine.

  • Thats cool

  • that noise must get on your tits man! You should sound-proof it somehow. That would drive me insane

  • Definitely a very slow drive and I didn't recognize the drive. Definitely not any Western Digital, definitely not an IBM/Hitachi, no Maxtor since the early 90s, no Seagate that I know of. I guessed either Fujitsu, Samsung or Quantum.

Cool mod though. I want to do this, but I don't want to risk ruining any of my drives. I could always find an IBM 75GXP, no one wants those.

Also likin your monitor, lol, you had to hit it.

  • Lovin' the case mods!

  • El golpe al TFT para que se vea bien te ha quedado de lujo jajajaja

  • cool!

  • I think its a 850-1280 MB Seagate HDD

  • As far as i can remember, it was a Quantum 850mb from a Apple computer, but i am not 100% sure, sorry.

  • Yeah, was gonna say that was painfully slow. And loud. But I guess you wouldn't really wanna try modding a brand new HDD liek that eh?

  • yes, it is still working just fine. Since 3 years now.

  • Nice, i made a window modification on a maxtor, worked perfectly untill i accidentally dropped it, but i used the modded lid on another maxtor drive, maybe i'll put some clips up here

  • Is that a successfull window mod that still works today?

  • cool case mod but the computer is too slow
