On messi's 2nd goal, Xavi did it all. The pass and run to goal is easy for messi, and his finish was too easy, there was too much space. But what was hard, what created space for Messi's run and goal, was Xavi's spin to elude two defenders. 3 defenders concentrated on Xavi...and no one paid attention to the best player in the world...I though Cannavaro was one of the best def...He fell for it...Messi ran in a straight line...too easy. ummmmmm aouani, there was only one clear cut penalty, that was pique handball. Barca played better football over both legs and NEVER stopped attacking. Chelsea should have taken advantage of the 10 men barca with 20 minutes to go and looked for the 2nd goal but they didn't. Barca are clearly are better footballing side. and as imposta360 said, the more you attack, the more open the field becomes for the other team. Barca > Chelsea, hence Barca vs Man U in the final

If you'd actually watched the chelsea match and understood football, you would know that messi beat cole every time he was one on one with him. The reason he was quiet is that they cut off the supply from the midfield meaning he rarely got the ball, and when he did, he was triple marked. The final is a one off occassiom on a neutral ground so utd will not be able to use such tactics. It will be an interesting game, too close to call, But I think Messi will shine in Rome
