    You know dude, if you're going to become a conspiracy nutjob, you should read the rules; the conspirators have to gain some advantage from doing the conspiracy. There's no practical reason for Obama to screw up the oath intentionally.

  • He fucked it up because the guy reading it fucked it up. He hesitated to repeat what that guy said and probably only played along so he didn't embarass the guy.

    On top of that he informed the dude later that he did it wrong and thats what lead to them re-doing it.

    Can't you wait until he's had more than two days in office? What has he done wrong so far (other than some very bad appointments)? Give him time, with the government now ordered to respond to FOIA requests, there will be plenty to harp on late. For now let's focus on bringing the former administration's criminals to trial.

  • I have no faith. I know this is just the other side of the same coin. Therefore I argue that our focus should be to pressure the current administration to pursue charges against the former administration. I am afraid that you may be right, though, because the left is likely to go back to sleep much as they did in 1993: "Our guy won, everything is going to be fine. We don't have to pay attention anymore."

  • Obama won't bring the troops home as soon as many people think he will because Obama made too many promises to America. He should be able to keep most of them (promises) but the problem is that the media glorified him when he ran for office, which is gonna end up being bad for him.
