The only person that would sell a "teacup dog" would be a backyard breeder or a puppy mill...backyard breeders & puppy mills breed runts to get the puppies as small as possible & then call them "teacup"!

This is a puppy mill/ designer breeder. A reputable breeder wouldn't breed dogs below the standard. Imperial shih tzus and toy yorkies are simply two runts from two different litters used to create "designer breed" dogs. Do not buy from this person. Just because she is registered with the AKC does not insure quality. It is simply a place to register your dogs. If you want to support this person while millions of puppies die in shelters everyday then go right ahead.
