PART 3:-And at the ascending limb the water again enters to make the blood dilute(water which comes by the outflow of water from the descending loop of henle)
Hope it will help. But according to me the mechanism is not complete and also not arranged properly in the video.
PART 2:- And when it reaches the ascending limb of loop of henle, urea enters into the limb and ions flow out making urine concentrated (also making intersticial fluid more concentrated to maintain osmotic pressure in such a way that water comes out of descending limb to make it dilute). And now comes the capillary portion known as vesa recta,in which he shows that ions enter the capillary's blood while water outflows from the ascending limb of capillary making the blood concentrated.
I'LL TRY TO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE.....I HOPE IT WORKS. As u can see the video starts by showing the outflow of ions(mostly sodium ions),which is taking place in the ascending limb of loop of henle,as the ascending limb facilitates the outflow of ions. Now he will go back and u'll see yellow arrows coming out of descending limb of loop of henle, those yellow arrows represent the outflow of water as the descending limb facilitates the outflow of water by allowing it to pass out ,
I wish this Video had its audio bit wud have been SO much more helpful!.Thnks any way
