  • who knows lol, most atheist are people whos done big stuff, and well when uve done big stuff u probly wont need to work.

    just my opinion.

  • we like to quiet christians because of the stuff that theyve done in the past.

    like alot of us say

they silecned us in the past, now its our turn to silence you.

  • I have to agree here. Why not critic religion. Not many did in the past because of .WHAT ?

  • Uhhh... Who's the amazingatheist? I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill. Type up atheist fatwa and comment on that.

  • Is this an atheist bashing video by another "understanding"christian? And i notice you threw in the occasional personal jab.If you do get offended by arrogant atheist, which i agree there are and im not one of them, then by all means ignore this and dont use the same diatribe they are using.

  • Look, PAL, religious fanatics have been PESTERING mankind for THOUSANDS of years. When these assholes have the NERVE to knock on my front door to harrass me any my family don't you DARE tell atheists to shut up and 'get a life'!!! We DON'T preach to the choir - over 70% of CHRISTIANS say they doubt their 'god'! Go back to sleep.

  • You make more sense than some of the hate filled atheists. Atheists are a very small minority of the general population. Polls show that up to 90 percent of Americans believe in God and a large percentage of us believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and the saviour of all who believe. True Christians don't worship the pope, or any man for that matter, we worship the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the one and only way to eternal life after we die.

  • Of course popularity doesn't mean right. You guys had the world believing that the earth was flat for quite a long time..hell you guys almost killed the guy that popularized the very idea of science namely galileo. If you want another poll...93% of the America's scientific elite are atheist. What that poll shows is that intelligence is strongly correlated with atheism. And tell me, was it god or my fellow physicists that designed that computer you used to type your message? god is useless

  • Actually, the idea that the middle age Europe believed in a flat earth is a myth. The educated community knew for a long time that the earth was round. The common myth was that everything revolved around the earth, and that was thought of by a pagan, Aristotle.

  • Lol, maybe he works from home? So mind your business instead of degrading those who have a mind of thier own. I am not an atheist, I am agnostic, but more power to them. Oh and by the way, you suck at making videos, quit making them.

  • and it relieves me that some christians like you are willing to befriend an athiest like me 'cause I have christian friends too.. And I don't think there the scum of the earth. Even though christians have caused a lot of pain in the past. It'd be like judging white people today for slavery.. It's not fair. So, believe what you want to believe but don't force it on others and I'll do the same.

  • You just accept it, and personally I believe that earth is heaven if there is one in the first place.. So stop preparing for the after life because this may be it. And athiests don't have rules, it's just be free and there is no god.

  • Yeah most athiests are scientists or science enthusiasts. I believe in charity to some degree, I wouldn't give to charity everyday, but once or twice would do for me but I'm athiests. And just if you haven't realized all the things that you call us (ignorant, arrogant, etc.) we may be, but you christians are too. And when you're an athiest you can't go to hell or heaven.

  • You can go wherever God sends you. He made the earth and the universe and everything in it so God certainly has the power to say where you'll be going.

  • Well as an athiest I have the right to believe that I'm not going to "hell" or "heaven" because that's what I believe. and you can't tell me that I am or am not, and I can't do the same for you.

  • comment PART 2/2

so basically, people need more knowledge to gain money and health. i'm not saying charity is bad, but what is going to happen next after you donate some money to poor people? They use it and then what? They need more! Also, thank you for putting this video up. Anyone who is a human should be opposing hate.

  • comment PART 1/2

lol...wat was that end thing. I agree and but disagree. you mentioned something about charity. charity should not be the main goal of people..it should be knowledge. the problem with society is kinda wealth..but it is health (physical and mental),too. "health is wealth."

  • what is up with atheists hating? comon..

  • haha... atheists don't have jobs.

  • and of course all athiests are conspiring against you and your faith, retard.

  • "If it weren't for religious people I mean I really doubt the sheer number of charitable activites that go on in the world would happen"

Yes, because everyone who does charity is religious. You're a fucking idiot, go to Godtube if you want to praise your imaginary friend with your brainwashed brethren.

  • ok. i might have actually listened to your entire video if it weren't for two things. get in a better lighted room. and stop, for the love of "god", rocking. its distracting you dark, blurry faced blob. and christainity is dying. and no one cares about what you have to say, you boring, rocking person.

  • omg.

Look at your own video ratings

  • So what...Youtube=atheist community...lol jk.. but a lot of them are

  • please make it stop,,,

  • what a total wanker.

  • Music's too loud. I can't hear you.

  • Hi tizzi. I believe we used to talk on paltalk, when I was Eastern Orthodox and you were heading for Orthodoxy/Catholicism. I eventually became an atheist, because of my reading of the Church Fathers, history, Bible, etc. I guess the best thing that I, as an atheist, can say to you is: keep reading those Christian documents! Read Augustine and Chrysostom! Read the Desert Fathers! Read the Bible!

  • The banality of your speech is quite soporific

  • shut your fucking mouth you pretentious fuckwad.

  • If you don't like to be "offended," dude, then stop watching videos by atheists. It's that easy! What do you care what atheists upload on YouTube? Give me a break.

  • main problem I see with theists is,they pray and expect god to fulfil their wishes, while atheists roll up their sleeves and DO what needs to be done.

ok,so WHO do you think is more practical and likely to succeed in life, atheist(like Bill Gates for example),or someone who believes, worships something(in xian god example)that is too CONTRADICTORY to be real?

    evilbible com /Impossible htm

    faith is foolish imho

  • I don't want to have a burger with you- but I'd never call you scum of the earth. You can believe what you want to believe. I don't think I'm "better" than you- nor are you "better" than I am.

Morals, ethics, compassion are not the exclusive to religionists. To think otherwise is to be blinded by the glare in one's own glass house.

And at the end of the day, when I examine my actions, I measure myself against irrevocable right and wrong. I don't need a god to understand that difference.

  • tizzidale;

Since human beings began to cooperate at a level other than family, complex social relationships developed.

These early communities further developed language, leading to an exchange of concepts. Concepts such as trade, cooperation, trust, increasing in complexity into moral and ethical discourse. This process is ongoing, and did not begin with the bible.

Our sense of right and wrong is as old as the first human communities, perhaps older.

  • If you are saying that if you were an atheist, you would not give humanitarian aid to people in need, then you are saying you're actually a horrible person, held in check only by your mythology.

And of course, you aren't meaning to say that.

  • So you don't actually believe that atheists have no reason to be humanitarian.

It's pretty obvious why we do. Humans naturally realize that other people have minds and feelings the same as we do (people realize this around age 2), and we know that other people hurt the same way we do, so we feel empathy.

This doesn't even need to be explained. As social apes, we intuit it.

  • I've never heard a atheist say there a traditionalist, we believe in the rule of law and respect because it benifits us as humans. It has nothing to do with sticking with old beliefs. It's about what is right.

  • Yes! People of religion unite! All hail Zeus!

  • You don't have to approve of something to tolerate it. Not everyone is going to have the same beliefs as you.

Just because you have a certain belief does not make you "holier than thou".

I can only speak for myself when I say this, but I have to be around Christians on a daily basis. My best friends are Christians. They have enough respect for me and themselves to not tell me I'm wrong, stupid, obnoxious, ignorant, or unintelligent for what I do believe.

  • I'm not saying you cannot post your views on this website. That's free speech and therefore allowed. I'm just saying that if you'd like to be respected, please try to respect those around you, and their difference of feelings. Christians are supposed to be tolerant, are they not?

(I apologize; I didn't have enough room to finish this comment earlier.)

  • Tolerance does not equal approval. When people learn this, the world will be a saner place.

  • It is completely unfair to group people together like you have in this video. Just because they introduce new videos daily doesn't meant they don't have jobs. People do not work twenty-four hours a day, and free time is usually found after or before work, depending on the shift. You say that you are offended by their videos. I am extremely offended by your video, and your show of ignorance. Generalizations like this are what fuel the hostility toward Atheism.

  • Hahah this video is pathetic.

Wow. He tells us to get a life, get a job. He's like what, forty? Dude. Get a LIFE yourself. Please.

  • forty? forty? garsh . . . I have a life. If you would have listened in 'context' (do they even teach that these days), you would have heard me chastising those who seemingly spend all their days making videos (you know the type - 30 minute long diatribes, three times a day). If you are one of those, then get a life. Me? I have a great life.

  • Yeah your comment was the reason I said to get a life, you seem like a hypocrite. And as for me, I've never posted a video on here, though I'd like to. And it wouldn't start with some huge pause and weird music, and a dog jumping in to my lap. Man.

  • I would hope it wouldn't begin the same as mine. Then I'd just think you're some weird stalker.

  • why would you worship child molesters?

  • I "worship" child molesters? Has there ever been a better example of a poorly reasoned question on YouTube?

  • " *They* are the worst people. "

Interesting statement. I seriously think that you must have been *mingling* in the wrong crowd of Atheists. I guess it would depend on where you're looking: Just like fundamentalist Christians you'll find fundamentalist Atheists. I hope you don't mind me suggesting to widen your YT *Atheist* knowledge.

There are a lot of very respectful Atheists READY for dialog...

    ~Angel XIII!

  • The problem is respectful atheism on YouTube doesn't get the views that the disrespectful variety does.

  • That may be right. IMHO: That's not a specific YT issue, but rather a human kind "trade". Media/movies/tv show us daily what seems to attract the *average* person the most.

So I wouldn't necessarily restrict it to YT. But I see what you are saying. I just hope you have been able to find Atheists that are the opposite of what you describe.

    ~Angel XIII~

  • Did I get it wrong? I suggested that to be one theistic explanation.

  • How do you know I"m not listening to you? Simply because I disagree? If I would only listen . . . I would see the truth of your statements. Right? Wrong. I did read your comments. I simply think you've missed my point (and GUAM's as well) - I never said atheists are immoral. And I never said that the religious are always moral. However, the logic of the former (in my opinion) precludes concrete external morality, while the logic of the latter demands it. I prefer to be logical.

  • Ok. Well, I am sorry to have missed your point. Now that I see I wasn't paying attention, maby I can do it now. You decide.

Moral, I think, is something that every healthy being has, weather they believe it or not. Nihilists claim they don't but still they act under moral codes. Most atheists think they are delusional, because they feel moral is self evident. But they don't believe they have to explain why it exist to use it.

  • Religion is that damaging.

  • It hasn't damaged me. It's made me a better person.

  • Religion isn't damaging. It's only when religion limits a person, then it is damaging. When we lose the ability to question, we lose.

  • We never lose the ability to question. But it's questioning and believing still that amazes me :)

  • Just pointing out that not everyone see the obvious necessity of an authority to have a moral guideline, and that atheism therefore doesn't always mean immoral. And having a religion doesn't always mean you are righteous.

  • Of course it doesn't. But moral atheists are like born-again virgins. It doesn't make sense.

  • Maybe you don't want it to make sense, because you haven't actually pointed out where the fallacy lies in the points I made. And since you believe God is. Why not consider it be so that he lets atheists know right from wrong? Or is that not possible without them not realizing exactly where they got their notions from? Your knowing it to not make sense without listening is disturbing to me.

  • If your conclusion is that an atheist is no better then someone with religion, I agree. We are all saints, we are all sinners. We are human. The difference I see between the atheist and the religious individual is that the religious will accept "My imaginary friend compels me". An atheist will say, "I did it."

  • No, the atheist may say, "Millions of years of evolution drove me to this behavior." :)

  • Evolution is not a belief in atheism and evolution is not a science explaining moral. And if this is your only argument against atheists having moral, I conclude that you must believe that atheists from for instance Ancient Greek could have moral without that being senseless.

  • I'm honestly having trouble deciphering your comment. You keep arguing against things I haven't said. Perhaps you should slow down. Where, for instance, did I say that 'evolution is a belief in atheism' (whatever that may mean)? However, it is quite true (TRUE even) that the majority of atheists attribute societies moral codes to societal evolution.

  • Ok, I'm slowing down...

I think your last statement isn't true. They may be the majority bringing up the evolution in the latter matter, but that makes sense cause they are the only one who thinks one has to do with the other.

  • Moral does make sense when it is applied with arguments of a standard. If I like joy and love I could believe in moral which increases these without being illogical. Now, since you believe God is the only way to explain moral I have a question. Is something good because God believe it is good, and that torturing innocent children could be a good thing if God had approved of it. Or would it be wrong no matter if God liked this or not?
