Currently the only plan to recover the Malvinas is diplomacy, Argentina together with the UN is demanding to the United Kingdom negotiate face to face over the sovereignty of the islands. Obviously the British government refuses to negotiate, knowing that they have no argument.

Moreover, the Constitution of Argentina is strengthening about maritime sovereignty rules to ensure that British can't extract any natural recourse.
