@dragonflys20001 Well! The Time War is Time Locked.. That technically means that the idea of travelling to before the Time War is impossible because it was literally taken out of time (to my understanding). It exists outside of time. this is why the time lords and the the time war have fallen into myth by the time the 9th and 10th Doctor come around.

@bodsworthnj There is an error in the season 5, where the universe is recreated, like if the Doctor never existed. He wuld never have created the time-lock. An posible answer is that since it is unaceted by time now, it werent un-done.

But also he wuld never have saved the Earth so manny times, so Emilia and Rory wuld most possibly not be alive to bring him back. If not, when he saves the Earth, that becomes a fixed point in time, and don't change.

Also when the 11.doctor was he rebooted the universe which should have fixed all of those flaws which make some what of the story impossible.

and most of these things that happen to the world are because infact because of the doctor since he opens rifts and does stuff like that. that actually brings the dalek their stuff and more.

@FantasyCraftOnline Yea, but an example: At the end of new season 1, the darlek emperor where already attacking the earth even if the doctor wuldn't have been there, so the doctor wuld not have made Rose able to get into the TARDIS and become Bad Wolf, and stop the darleks. But thats what I say, There is some errors, that migth have been solved by all the important situations become fixed points, but the memories of them were removed. Making the only trace of him the rsults of the fixed points.

If I may put in my two cents about the Tenth Doctor issue. He actually DID play a part in the Last Great Time War. He ended it. Watch The End of Time, one of the specials. It was not officially over until the Time Lords' plan to eventually escape from the time lock was foiled, although at the time it was considered done with because nobody knew they were plotting that.

@Niblickification As far as him having a more active role in it as anything more than a narrator, not possible save for crossing his own time stream (taboo) AROUND the time locked events. As you know, he would not, as a rule, do that. 8th and 9th Doctors are perfectly legit though. Sorry to be tardy to the party on this one. Also, fuck your cliché music. Should be more Doctor Who, less suck and fail.

Why would David Tennant be in this movie? The Time War happened during the 8th incarnation. Also, the only time the 9th incarnation would be in the movie is at the end after the 8th regenerated, so it doesn't make sense to include the 10th.

The reason I put Universal at the beginning was because the 1996 Doctor Who TV Movie was a co-production between BBC and Universal and if there was aver a movie like this I'm pretty sure that Universal would be involved.

The time war was never shown, before the time war the 8th Doctor was in a film we wern't shown how he regenerated from sylvestor who was the 7th doctor however after the movie the doctor returned as the 9th regenerating at some point in the time war I guess. now in the new generation of doctor who they are hinting on the time war and we are learning more and more about it, i think eventualy they will show us what its all about.
