thats i dont understand too. Latte is 1 shot of espresso (30ml) with milk and cream, approx 1cm from the real on the other hand flat white is 1 shot of espresso with milk and no cream, pro he didnt pour any cream just 'garnish' the appearance - correct me if i wrong. 1 cup of good coffee depends on 50% barista, 25% coffee beans and 25% machine.

hi there. the difference should be that on a flat white there is only a very thin layer of milk foam on top where as on a latte there should be a bit more. 1 cup of good coffee also depends on the quality of the water used.

um...a flat white is actually a australian/new zealand invention. a latte is served in a latte bowl and a flat white is served in a cup...of a smaller volume...i think...i work at a cafe that only has take away cups so a latte and a FW are the same thing...

wow...the juggling was pretty good...but can you do it with a full handle and not spill the grinds?...and im wondering how you do the multiple rosetta coffees...thats like "holey cow"...

yeah I can do it with a full group handle (as long as it has been tamped), but I don't like to because the coffee can dislodge ever so slightly and cause channeling.
