@ozfitpro yes like a progression video and could you mention a certain amount of sets and reps of certain exercises that you should be able to do before progressing to a more difficult variation?
I takes alot of lower ab strengh to keep my lower back flat when I do these exersizes so I get tired and cant finish the workout. Is it better to focus on form and keeo my back flat and do the exercizes or use poor form and complete the whole workout?
@KingAccount1 Yes form is the most important thing always! If you use incorrect form you won't get the results you want and risk becoming injured. Modify the exercises you find most challenging. For example, anytime the legs are straight, you can bend your legs until you develop more strength. Which exercises do you find most difficult? Let me know and I'll give you some modifications for them :)

Im just curious why does it say that you have to do 20 reps of each exercise but you demonstrated 10 of each?

@thereitisify To keep the video shorter. People don't want to sit and watch a 10 minute video...

Also how many times do you repeat these exercizes?
KingAccount1 3 weeks ago
Well excluding the last 2 excersizes, everything else is challenging except for excersize 1 and 3

@TheChannel314 No. This workout gets everything. Upper, lower, obliques, and low back (with the supermans and swimming)
ozfitpro 1 month ago
Yes make sure you keep your back flat on the floor. Pull those abs in hard :)

It doesn't look like you lift you're back off the ground at all when you do these exercises, you have strong abs :)

Exhale as you lower the legs, inhale as you raise the legs :)
