  • is this a coincidence that there is an ad for a toy helecopter at the top right.

  • Dude, i'm not german, but if you look at the world today. 70% of the advanced stuff were invented by the germans.

  • @jotathenoble Yes true and the rest is from Japan ^^ America only steals stuff sry but true

  • que grandes

  • THE ULTIMATE HELICOPTER IS Flettner Fl 282 Kolibri MANUFACTURED IN 1940 FOR GERMANY CONGRATULATIONS FROM ARGENTINA!!!!!. EL ULTIMO HELICOPTERO ES EL FLETTNER FI 282 KOLIBRI ECHO EN 1940 POR ALEMANIA FELICITACIONES DESDE ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!

  • yet again German are the best

  • @ateeqkhan09 It worked but this system is not used by any mass produced helicopter.

  • only 1 word EPIC .....

  • Great Video ! Imagine if the Nazi's would have had these armed to the teeth at the beginning of the war.

  • damm,if they could do 360's we would be screwed...LOL.I still cant do that on my rc heli after 6 mths of practice:(

  • what do you think about the 12 original European countries being a strong Nazi country? is it possible?

  • that is amazing, o had no idea germany had choppers this advanced this early in the century

  • Helicopter is an spanish invention by Juan de la Cierva.

    Thanks for the video.

  • @kamioneko Hum? First news about....

  • Fascinating. Especially the footage of Chopper #2, the Focke-Achgelis Fa 223 Drache. Never really got into service, the 223, though the third chopper shown here, the Flettner Fl 284 Kolibri, sure did.

  • damn, they would already be on mars, saturn and Uranus if not for the allies we would be hundreds of years ahead.

  • amazing pictures!

  • it is a real shock to me that the germans had already use helicopters in WW 2 , they are totally a head of every other nation in the world. its just simply amazing !!!

and i thought US and RUSSIA are NO. 1 in the world

  • Looks like another one of the thousands of patents which was thieved from N.S. Germany. Scriptorium and Ironlight have further information on this...

  • How did it maintain stability without a tail prop?

  • @kerryh8er04 It has two rotors......

  • Most of Invents are from GERMANY!!!

  • @stormleader93 Yeah lots of inventions were from Germany but a lot were from Scotland too :-) Look them up!

  • fantastic video

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks, merci. Very rare images I didn't dream to see...

  • wasn't the helicopter in the movie where eagles dare actually not even in service during WW2? great clips, thanks!

  • first plane to fly, first jetplane, helicopter, automobile, computer, rockets etc, etc, etc.... what would the wolrd be without germany?!

  • @weisthor0815 probably a safer place......but low technology XD and of course they made the world's first assault rifle

  • Amazing technology, as one comes to expect from National Socialist Germany.

  • amazing for their time

  • You've got the music from Where Eagles Dare, so plus 1 for you! but I have a question, the heli in that film was obviously too advanced from viewing the footage in your video right? Also, I think I saw they used Texans (US Trainers) in Luftwaffe markings in their airfield escape scene, at least they dont look like FW-190's or 109's...

  • @AAErikCO the helicopter was a US Bell 47 (see M.A.S.H.) and the planes were US AT-6 Texan trainers. these planes also made appearances in Tora Tora Tora and Midway as Japanese fighters.

the transport plane, however, was a Real Junkers Ju 52 transport, so Points to them.

  • the germans were quite cleaver

  • Genial. Und heute vermarkten sie den Tragschrauber als letzten Schrei. Frech!

  • It's even better: all depicted aircraft are Hubschrauber, not Tragschrauber. The only Tragschauber would have been the Fa-330 Bachstelze. These things were even more advanced.

  • It's written " to boldly go where no man has gone before" Well they did !!

  • Positively Spectacular!

  • The original ones. Thank you for uploading! 5*****

  • heil from Ireland

  • heil From IRELAND

  • Wow, the end of the clip really impressed upon me how close they came to see combat helicopters in WW2...

And all the early footage showed modern uses of the aircraft: Supply drops, Medical evacs, transport of artillery... Only would have been a matter of time before they strapped some MG42s to these babies.

Really impressed how nimble those crafts were.

  • Hanna Reitsch

  • Impresive :);)! Elhamdulillah!!!!

  • Ahh the glorious Reich!

  • OMFG!!! i just search this and it came to u

they also made the first jet plane ME-262 search it

  • The Me-262 was not the first jet plane. That honour went to the single engine Heinkel He 178

  • which was german aswell:p

  • i think he meant the first jet fighter

  • Super

  • sieg heil from Antartica.... Well New Swabia

  • Awesome

  • wow,the americans and the soviets gained many technologies from nazis

  • including our dear ol rockets... if it werent for the nazis we wouldnt be able to go out into space ^^

  • interesting

  • Yes, it is very interesting, Thank you, My Russian Kamerad!
