Ok, first, the noose was used to kill not only a few run away slaves, but criminals as well. The MAJORITY of the people killed by it were criminals, mostly whites. There used to be "Circuit Judges" in this country who would travel from town to town , trying and hanging those accused of violent crime. Don't try to say the noose is solely a racist instrument of death used to lynch blacks. More Whites, Indians,and Mexicans were hung than blacks. I wish you people would just shut the f*ck up.

The 7 year old was arrested for sitting on his mini bike in front of his house. The bike was cold and had not been turned on. It may seem impossible for something like this to happen, but in many situations, it's allowed. If you keep beating a child down, don't wonder why they feel abused!
