Give me Martin and i'll give you 5!!! One of my top favorite bands since '94 ( CANDLEBOX ) and MARTIN is simply incredible. I was so happy last summer with the news of their reunion something i was wishing for years. It was so unfair for KEVIN and the band to end their career so early while having such rare potential for much greater success. KEVINS voice is amazing and so his talent considering that he was only 24 when Candlebox released their debut album where he wrote the Lyrics of the album

severon1976...phenomenal polished writing from such a young man! The whole band was very young. I hated the fact that they were considered Grunge just cuz they were from Seattle. I always tell ppl to take a good listen before forming an opinion. The song that grabbed me was the opening Bluesy riff in Far Behind...that's not Grunge baby!

jasonism123, i'm not exactly sure, but i'm assuming around '01/'02 when he recorded "The Possibility Of Being" with the Hiwatts. Oh, yes, his voice is a bit ruff. This is what I have always loved about his sound...very sexy! Thanks for takin' a listen. =)
