Decent, but as stated before. Do it at a single target. The chain lightnings(and overloads) might be felt like "meh they dont do much" but they do, they contribute loads. :)

Elemental hits it's dps ceiling faster than enhancement, but the enhancement dps ceiling is higher... from my experience.

eFF006 the reason why he ooms in 2 mins is because he self buffed and using a spell every second on longer boss fights in raids he is buffed and has mana ginaing items so he would never oom in a real boss fight

great dps, i just respecced my lvl 69 shaman to elemental and the burst is GREAT but the biggest problem is the mana, .. u can do a couple of bursts then your oom. this guy manages 2 keep dpsing for 2 mins then his oom, a boss fight is usually longer and with my shammy i was pvping and i managed 2 kill a couple of guys then i went oom and seens shamans doesnt have any mana generating spells like evocation im screwed...(thunderstorm gives enough mana for one spell) Any tips for pvp or dps plz :)?

at lvl 80 mana isnt really a big problem as a elemental shaman tbh, because you get a lot of mana regain from raid buffs and stuff, and if you use thunderstorm as well, mana shouldnt be a problem.

Go to HD THERES Curse of elements on their. That's an EXTRA 13% more spell damage. Along with casting chain lightning. This video is very innaccurate.

@Geschwentner1 How? Most dps is done in raids where them buffs are there, so infact its more accurate for raid dps =/

god i hate doing this but ok dps is rotation and how you do your spells, dps is shit, the DAMAGE you can do to a boss in a fight is what matters, i have a ele shaman theres a mage doing 11k dps but im out damageing him i use all my damage attacks i use thunderstorm in my rotations i use fire nova i use earth shock in my ratations, i would rather have someone doing more damage on a boss than good rotation on a boss

If you are dropping fire nova totem, you are screwing all of the other casters out of your Totem of Wrath.

If you are moving, then you can use your instant spells, but overall, in a static fight, the typical rotation for ele sham yields the best dps and damage. Hence why it is typical.

fire nova is a spell that emits a AOE damage from your fire totem. your thinking of magma totem or searing totem. u can still use fire nova from TOW btw.

I like how people use chain lightning on the dummy in Org of course its going to increase your dps B/c it jumps to the dummy beside it go to the dummy in Thunder Bluff then compare to using CL after a LvB to not using it at all, I dont know about you but i do more dps dps for longer and since i dps for longer i can do more damage. Still in 10 man ToC gear and just a bit of ICC 10 man gear, doing 6k would love to see how i do when i get 25 man gear =P
