  • You guys c the gayness in this movie too?

pete: Who asked 4 ur friendship anyway?

scott: You did, that night @ my house!

me: That's not gay at allllllllll (noticable sarcasm in voice)

  • YEAH, BURNT TOAST!!!!

  • Wow this is crazy..I used to watch this movie on Vhs tape all the time when I was 9 or so, I think my aunt bought It for me and my brother to watch. I'm 20 now I have not not seen It since then.

  • watch out the butter creamers might do your chores for you or even call you a jerk!!! oh no!!!

  • During this time, this town had the nations highest rate of drive by wet willies.

  • i never realized the bad acting when i was younger, man i loved this movie, and i loved scott, lol

  • "Yeah, Burnt Toast."

  • "Swanson's Field your BUTTER be there!"

  • 0:47

  • They sure took care of little miss nosey. That firecracker was pretty damn loud. They even stopped dancing. Damn...

  • This movie proves that Mormons are so nice you can't even rob them, but unexpected firecrackers deeply upset them.

  • I laugh about this movie all the time! Sooo corny!

  • You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll cream...

  • lol, I would love it if the Nostalgia Critic reviewed it or even Rifftracks did this movie, I mean, its a kids movie with a seemingly well-intentioned storyline but the way they excute it is pretty unintentionally hilarious.

  • Can't believe I used to watch this as a child...

  • The music makes it sound like a life insurance commercial from 1995.

  • I use to watch this all the time when i was younger

  • @chickadee1991 Same!

  • gay

  • gay

  • Pete got raped in Chicago

  • @jayleeb1 lol

  • damn i remember watchin this in middle school in my math class !

  • BUTT-HURT CREAMED GANG

  • @twiztid4life that was weak dude, what would Jamie and Paul think? :)

  • Wow. What the fuck happened in Chicago?

  • @99fetusfajitas Pete joined a real gang and got into all kinds of trouble there.

  • what a classic movie! what are the two movies called? i haven't seen these since i was like 10

  • And the Oscar goes to...

  • @StaticShock1100 Motha fucking PEETE

  • Gawd, I was forced to watch this crap when I was in grade school.

  • S: "Well you've done it again."

    P: "What'd I do now?"

S: "Made me relax and forget all of my worries."

LOL they're so gay for each other.

  • @blackhorse099 haha

  • I love how I'm watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre and this right now.

  • Comment removed

  • SO 90's. <3 Nostalgia.

    Yet so corny.

  • haha I used to have a crush on Pete when I was 10. What can I say, I love da bad boys

  • that fox at 1:50 is hot you may not think so but i do

  • Oh sh*t its The Butter Cream Gang...

  • used to watch this just to laugh

  • lol. I had to watch this shit in language arts. Me and my friend made fun of it like shit. Now we made our own buttercream gang.

  • Corrections: "Corney" = "corny"

    "cousens"="cousin's"

    "board"="bored"

    "there"="their"

    "Its"="It's"

    "pete"="Pete"

  • Yep thats exactly how gangs are ;) But even when I was 6 I always wanted Scott to beat the crap out of that skinny as punk.

  • i got this movie from my granny house last week and watched it and i said that is a good movie. i cried in some part but this is the best movie ever!!!

  • I use to watch this movie just to see Scott's big juicy booty bouncing across the baseball field. That ass is the only thing this film has going for it.

  • @Bienville25 lolololol

  • "I'm not who I was Scott, I am who I am," I love that because he was so right about Scott being selfish.

  • Spell check bro, Bored* cousins* lol

  • Aw I remember watching this in school because our school had a problem with gangs.

  • i loved this movie when i was a kid.

  • if i was scott i would konck pete on his lil ass

  • Corny yes, but a good lesson to kids back in the day? Perhaps. I still use the morals and values I learned from this movie to this day when dealing with developmentally challenged friends or people in general. Just because someone treats you poorly doesn't mean it justifies you treating them poorly, even the worst human beings can love those who love them. The challenge is continuing to love when someone hates you subsequent to hating themselves. Indifference is the opposite of love not hate.

  • Awesome highlight vid, I used to watch when I was a kid and actually thought Scott was a badass. Years later his voice sounds way higher than I remember.

  • this is amazing..

  • Scott's a PUNK, I don't believe in starting fights, but if someone hits your first, BEAT THEIR ASS

  • This movie is rated R for graphic, prolonged, realistic, and Excessive scenes of kindness.

  • this movie is awesome, i loved it when i was little, and i still like it

  • The sexual tension between Pete and Scott at 3:00 is absolutley riveting.

  • It's a shame Pete's gay. If he liked pussy, he'd be swimming in that shit.

  • @nastynate1229 How do you know if he's gay ?

  • haahahah i always loved watchin this movie with my brother sister and cousins in mississippi back in the day we knew it was retarded as hell buit lookin at it today we cant refrain from laughing and realizing how bad this movie screams homosexuality!!!!

  • "You know about fun? EHHHH? EEHHHHHHHHHHH?"

  • white version of boys in tha hood

  • I understand the point of this movie, but the filmmakers made it WAY too obvious and didn't leave any room for the imagination. But I still think it is hilarious.

  • I swear the guy who plays Pete looks like PeeWee Herman/the guy who played him. Eerie.

  • I watched this in 6th grade....

Everyone in the class was laughing when he was like "I DONT WANT YOUR MONEY!"

XDDDDD!! THE FUCK MAN, YOU JUST SAID YOU WERE GONNA ROB THEM!!!

  • @EmotionsAreToysxJazz LOL. "It's not robbing if I give you the money", "WHAT?! You're supposed to try to stop me! You're not supposed to just give me the money and say that it's not robbing if you give me the money!", "Pete, why do you hate me? Because I HATE MYSELF!"

  • Lol

  • Scott is super fag!

  • gangster 1: you better start saying your prayers!

gangster 2: you'll be burnt toast when we're done with you!

    gangster 1: yeah! burnt toast!

they shouldve stopped at prayers o_O

  • the only reason our doent like these kind of movies is because our nation has been desensitized i bet you guys just loved "sin city" no plot, on acting, no content FOR CRY'N OUT LOUD that movie didnt even have color or a budget but let me guest it had "your" essentails (fights, guns, blood, guts, butts,&sluts) yeah thats what you like your just a bunch of wack off's

  • @prestigebirthright AMEN! Yeah this particular one is low-budget and is full of cheesy moments, it's classic childhood stuff with a great message! It's SO nostalgic for me...

Our nation and our society in general is so f*cked up.

  • @prestigebirthright So this is better than Sin City because it's in color?

  • white people. ugh.

  • @filmbuff87 wow what a racist motherfucker you are!

  • @blackhorse099 racist, yes. mother fucking, eh i'll leave that to them whitey rednecks.

  • wow I haven't seen this since I was young. I used to enjoy the film but looking back at it now, its really pathetic and fake how nice everyone is. smh ah CHILDHOOD

  • I like from 3:40

    i admit i've struggled there

  • Does Pete lean like a Cholo?

  • I felt so sorry for Pete when I watched this....

  • @2:54 is the best dialogue in any movie ever

  • I loved this movie as a kid. If I could go back in time, I'd beat up my younger self.

  • @AugustHovel Me too XD

  • When I was 12, some crazy broad from my church lent me this video to watch...in hindsight, I should have asked for a blowjob in return LOL

  • "I want you to hate me," P

"You want me to hate you? Why?" S

    "Because I hate myself," P

This movie makes me sad every time I watch it.

  • your gonna be toast! ya burnt toast! lmfao

  • Worst line reading ever. "I would like to nominaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate......SCOTT!!!! As president of the buttercreamers."

  • wow that treehouse scene has to be the gayest ever..

"Who asked for your freindship anyway?"

"You did, that night at my house!"

    wait..what??

  • lol creamers......

  • I hate this movie, but it's probably only because I watched it at least twice a year when I was in middle school. This movie is decent the first time, but every time after that it's terrible.

  • Holy shit lol I remember this movie from like 11 years ago

  • waiting for Rifftrax

  • "As my last final act" how many final acts have you had you dumb fuck

  • @merocket hahahahahhahahahaa

  • wow this brings me back...

  • Pete is such a badass!

  • In grade school they gave my whole class a copy of this movie and a piece of paper with a list of questions and scenarios to our parents. We had to watch the movie then our parents would ask the questions and then we had to give the paper to our teacher. They tried to use it to evaluate the students personalities and council the kids that seemed to have a problem with right or wrong. My best friend was as well as I was evaluated as ok, and he is the only one from that class in jail. Irony!

  • @kbaker02

many graduates of the DARE program are now hooked on drugs

  • I wonder who wouldve won a brawl betweeen the Buttercream Gang and the Little Rascals

  • I...loved...this...movie. I used to watch it all the time and once tried to set up my own Buttercream Gang. LOL. I thought Pete was soo bad. Of course, I grew up in an area similar to the Gang...

  • I cried when Pete was destroying the store. Oh, Pete.

  • Man, I remember this movie. I do NOT remember Pete giving off such pedo vibes, though. Childhood is ruined. 0_o

  • @inferno232 haha so true, but technically it's not pedo since he is about the same age as them, but i hear ya!

  • lol ever notice these are the only gang kids causing trouble and yet they don't do anything about it or send them to juvenile hall? XD

  • I must of missed this episode of Gangland.

  • epic movie alongside blood in blood out

  • holy fucking shit i watched this high at my boys house way back in the day when i was like 13. i seriously almost died from laughing so hard cause i coudlnt breath. I had virgin lungs and coming from a disfunctional family just made that much funnier. I miss those dayz so bad.- RIP CAMERON-

  • oh feature films for familes, you made the shittiest movies

  • I love how Pete's wardrobe gradually gets better as he becomes more of a bad guy. To make it simpler I have made a diagram of Petes badness scale

    Short Shorts - Buttercream Pete

Bandana - Butterfingers Pete (Stealing from store)

Cut off shirt - 3 man gang in a town of 1,200 people Pete

Leather Jacket - Throwin' firecrackers into a dance and acting like he stole a car pete.

Dark shirt - Robbing a store without a mask, then when receiving the money throwing it back Pete.

  • @Butler129 Oh my lord, I am literally LOLing over here!

  • Holy crap! I remember this shitty movie...

  • @bc1391 how is it shitty? It was made in 1992 and was supposed to teach kids important morals such as peer pressure, and struggling to love unconditionally, even when your heart is aching. The kids were pretty young too, so if your thinking that is one of the factors of a shitty movie, well every actor in 1992 sucked. lol

  • @bc1391 exact response I just had. god this movie sucked but I love it too. nostalgic I guess.

  • He's a straight up ganstah. lol.

  • I want his 49ers hat.

  • I can't contain my laughter, cause we are watching this in religion. It blowsss so much but.

  • I used to think pete was so hard core when his gang would break bottles down by the railroad tracks. ha ha

  • the scary thing about the description is that it explains the same way i watched this movie, at my cousins coutage on rainy days in 2005 lol

  • I was so sure I was the only person in the world that knew about this movie.

  • @Jinxxed0 no man, this movie is the best, good memories

  • honestly corny or not... That last scene is really sad.. When he says "I want you to hate me" "Because I hate myself"....

  • I love this movie! Scott's love for pete reminds me of God's love for us - unconditional!

  • Scott: "I'm confused Pete..what do you really want?"

    Pete: "Your COCK! Alright?"

  • Ohhhh lordy the dramatic music as Pete takes a baseball bat to the produce ....*sniff sniff* Oh it's just too much ....... *sniff*

  • why do i have the sneaking suspicion there is something outside the realm of friendship going on between pete and scotty boy?? lol ;)

  • I love how Pete's like "In my neck of the woods it's only your friends or your enemies" Pshhhh hha I know honey, once you throw firecrackers into a school dance there's just no going back ......you rollin' with 50 cent now!

  • A firecracker at the school dance??? OH SNAP Pete you are so BA............:P lol

  • ah, the memories

  • I used to love this movie when I was younger!

  • lol. 7 minutes in rules.

  • This one of my favorite movies

  • @ 2:46 We weeelllll. lol Nobody can rock a Mr Rogers cardigan sweater like Pee Wee Herman.

  • I guess if you call a threat a "promise" then it becomes less threatening.

  • Fuck yeah! I used to watch this shit on VHS with my nephew, still cheasy as hell but now I want to watch it again! That nerdy gangster guy is funny as fuck.

  • what's the name of the song that starts at 0:26? It's my favorite song but i can't find the name of it anywhere online or anything... :'( Please help!

  • omg pee wee.

  • Oh god, *this* movie. They made us watch it back in sixth grade. Even then, I think I groaned all the way through....

  • Pete looks like a young PeeWee Herman.

  • the worst movie i've ever seen....about a million times!

  • "You know about FUUUUUUN, HUH?" That guy is a pervert. No. He's a sex offender WITH a record.

  • cant they just arrest Pete dont they have the police

  • @Gorgilla99 I was thinking the same thing during that scene with the old lady passed out in her house and them having to swing on a rope ladder to get inside the house. The least they could have done is call 9/11 or something.

  • @Gorgilla99 *911 I mean, sorry about that :(

  • I WANT YOU TO HATE ME! pete, why??? BECAUSE I HATE MYSELF!!!!! Pete, you're my friend! I can't hate you! NO!!!!!!!!! **throws bat and runs out of store***

    HAHAHAH

  • I loved this movie since I was a kid. Sure the acting comes into question but it does provide a great message.

  • aayyyoooooooooo I had dis joint on VHS....BUT I cant find it in my crib like!!! soooooooo heated!

  • what a nice ending lol

  • is that pee wee herman?

  • Believe it or not, when i watched this at school in grade 5 one part actually made me jump! lol!

  • what happends at the end of the movie?

  • @DallasCowboys199 The old man at the store dies of kidney failure. JK pete goes back to chicago and starts a buttercreamers there

  • @TheAxeman97 i started cracking up at this when i read your comment haha kidney failure of all things hahaha anyway else fel like pete is in his at minimum mid 20s

  • @DallasCowboys199 Pete gets sent back to Chicago, where nobody hears from him for about a year. Scott continues to write to him, but Pete never writes back. Then, the Reverend reads an article to Scott about how Pete started his own "gang" in Chicago where they help people in various aspects of their lives, which caused the mayor of Chicago to give Pete an award.

  • Is that a threat?

    No, it's a promise.

  • Im soo freakin happy that im not the only one that has seen this movie... This truly is one of my Childhood memories like watching it with my friends like everyday almost in the summer time because we just had nothing else to do because sports and everything usually were at night so yea..

  • i like the ending No then he runs away hahahahaha

  • 0:59 Man, somebodys got the MUNCHIES!!! And when did he get all cholo? I thought he went to Chicago. Not east L.A.

  • @EricW1063 cause he wanted to join the Vice Lords and son realized he would not really fit in to that gang.

  • i remember this movie didnt the kid go to chicago and come back all gangsta

  • Watched this movie as a kid on rainy days and when I didn't have to watch anything "educational" good old days. Brings back a lot of memories.
